Perfect place for us and our daughter’s siblings to stay on her wedding weekend. Great location.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and tidy and Altona beach was so close by. We were happy to be able to take our elderly dog along with us to make sure he was still looked after while we got to enjoy our holiday.

David’s place was the perfect stay for our short visit to Torquay. We travelled with young children so the Easter touches and the eggs left for the kids were a huge hit. David’s place is full of lots of little extra’s that made our stay amazing. If we visit again we definitely will be back

Great space for our girls weekend away… outdoors for nibbles and drinks.. indoors for chick flicks on the huge TV! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend it highly enough!

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

Wow where to start, this apartment was amazing, we had a fabulous view of the lake and the sea, it had everything we could possibly need and more, it was spotlessly clean and we loved every minute of our stay. Yes, it is on a main road but this in no way spoilt our holiday. Mark and Bianca were very responsive to questions we had and recommendations requested, the perfect hosts. The general location was also great within walking distance of lots of local areas and a short tram ride to the city. If this is available when you are looking to book you would struggle to find anywhere else that ticks so many boxes.

Willard was absolutely nothing short of fantastic to help me check in and navigate the underground parking! They had set up a little gift for my birthday which was a really really nice touch. I will 100% recommended both the place and the host. :)

Great stay in a nice apartment - we had a family member in the Alfred hospital and this was a 10-15 min easy walk and provided us the perfect base for what we needed. Great communication for check in and check out. Very easy stay. Thank you.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aussicht und eine gute Ausstattung. Mit der kostenlosen Tram kommt man im 10 Minuten Takt in das Zentrum. Leider ist das Stadtviertel noch nicht so gut angekommen, weswegen gute Restaurants (insbesondere am Wochenende) sehr rar sind.

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

Our two visits 'bookended' a two week holiday in Tasmania, via Ferry rides with car. We very much appreciated being able to visit and stay at Christines accommodation.

Wayne is a great host. The property is within the Barrabool Maze Estate. We had access to the entire estate whilst there and our son had a fantastic time doing the maze a few times. There's also a variety of birds and a playground and lots of other things to see. A great cafe with great service and yummy food. The house itself is filled with beautiful art, knick knacks and very spacious. Clean rooms, has everything you need for a weekend stay and felt very private. Not too far from Geelong or surrounding towns. Recommend if you're ever wanting to stay somewhere not too far from a city but wanting quiet & relaxing surroundings.

I’m so glad I found this place - it’s cosy and clean and Bill and Jude went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, Jude was lovely to deal with, very kind and easygoing. The place had everything I needed and the garden is gorgeous, great spot for a cuppa.

Stayed with some girlfriends and we absolutely loved The Soho Estate! beautiful surroundings and views onto the ocean, we loved playing tennis and using the pool. Very cosy with the fire place. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Jo was a beautiful communicator and this carried through to a cosy and wonderful landing at her south melbourne cottage. Incredible location, comfy bed and an immaculately kept kitchen were some of the highlights. Thanks Jo for a beautiful stay, we look forward to coming back 💛

Our group of 5 all equally enjoyed our stay at the Cottage - we found everything was just as described in the listing and the relative seclusion made us feel as if we were on holiday. We'll definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
