This place has the best of two worlds: it’s highly central, walkable, there are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around, and yet it’s in a very quiet and neat spot. It has beautiful waterfront views. The apartment was clean and tidy. Shu was very flexible with regards to our checkin arrangements and was a very friendly, responsive and no nonsense host. I would not hesitate to book his place again.

Joanna was communicative and kind, even letting me check in early since the cleaning was finished early. The place felt peaceful and I felt safe in the neighborhood. Lovely view.

"Amazing Stay with a Perfect Location and Stunning Views" I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The view from the apartment was incredible, especially during sunrise and sunset i could’ve spent hours just looking out the window. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

Great place in a great location with easy access to cafes & restaurants of Barwon Heads and the river/beach. Very comfortable with good amenities. King bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom very functional. Would certainly recommend if you want to be close to the action and yet very private and quiet. Appreciated all the comms and support from Jenni. Would happily stay there again. Love Barwon Heads & surrounds.

This house was an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautiful and well-presented everything was. The fact that every single room boasts a view is truly special, and the thoughtful inclusion of activities for all ages meant there was never a dull moment. The kitchen was a delight, making meal preparation a breeze. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, which was a fantastic bonus. For the adults, the snooker/pool table and table tennis board provided the perfect way to unwind. Understanding that some coastal sedimentation on the windows is a natural occurrence in such a stunning location allowed us to fully embrace the coastal experience. The short stroll to the beach was a highlight, and the early morning sunrises and views were simply breathtaking We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will absolutely be booking again in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The place was exactly as described and we loved the personalised welcome board and all the amenities available at our disposal. We absolutely would stay again 😊

Everything was in walking distance, great coffee across the street (Bito), lots of restaurants in Bourke street, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed plus more. Dfo south wharf just 10min drive Definitely staying next time we stay in the city

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Lovely spacious contemporary apartment with easy access to CBD via the free tram which was only 2 minutes walk away. There were a few local restaurants within easy walk distance. My husband and I slept in the smaller bedroom as the traffic noise was less there & the bed more comfortable. No noise was heard from other apartments. We slept well there.

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
