Great spot, highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Melbourne, right by a train station and tram lines, so its the perfect place to get around from!

This is the second time we have stayed with Mary and it was once again a great customer experience. The location is close to great restaurants, the city and everything we required. The place was nice and clean and Mary is a great communicator. I can highly recommend this place and we will be back again.

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

Kayla was a great host, very responsive, allowed my partner and I to check in early due to my circumstances. The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement. Will stay there again for sure 👍

A wonderful apartment for my visit. Home from home for a week of work in Melbourne. Everything was just wonderful and very comfy bed. We didn't need to use the extra room but to have a second bedroom will be brilliant when I return with family. James was always so proactive in replying to any of our queries and the manual in the apartment helped. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lovely relief on hotter days. With a tram stop near the outside of the unit it was easy to travel all over and local shops a short walk away meant I got to enjoy using the well set up kitchen. Birdsong from Albert Park in the morning is a highlight as was the view across to the city skyline. Thank you James we will absolutely be back!!!!

Great place, owner had even kept basic groceries. Linen, bathroom were clean. Couple of min walk to tram strain. Responsive host. We enjoyed staying here. Will definitely recommend.

Alex is a great host and is super responsive and accommodating. I had a few issues on my end that I needed to change and Alex responded within minutes and helped sort everything out. The apartment was perfect and had absolutely everything I needed, from kitchenery (like nutribullets and air fryers) to toiletries in the bathroom and even fabric softener in the laundry. A plus is that it’s quiet so you can sleep or sleep in (no street noise) but everything and the buzz of the restaurants is literally a minute walk away. I couldn’t recommend Alex’s accommodation enough. Thanks Alex!! 🙏

Wir waren für zwei Monate beruflich in Melbourne und haben in der Unterkunft alles vorgefunden, was man für so einen Aufenthalt braucht. Tolle, große Küche, ein Schreibtisch, gemütliches Bett und großer Schrank und ein sehr großer Balkon auf dem wir sogar unsere Fahrräder abstellen durften. Die Kommunikation mit Michelle und Peter war jederzeit einwandfrei, freundlich und hilfreich. Die Lage ist in der Nähe zum belebten Kern von St. Kilda und sehr nahe an der Bahn in die City sehr komfortabel. Der Aldi im Erdgeschoß ist sehr praktisch und die Lage in zweiter Reihe garantiert Ruhe trotz lebhafter Straße. Wir können das Airbnb sowohl für kürzere als auch längere Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Great stay. No AC but it wasn’t promised in the listing so my own fault for not noticing. Good location for St. Kilda but I enjoyed the city center more personally. Lovely responsive host.

Stayed in Rhonda's lovely apartment for 4 weeks, revisiting old haunts in Melbourne. Great location - short walk to St Kilda's many restaurants, supermarket, trams for access to the City, and the beach. It's a very well designed and laid out apartment that was our home from home. Great having secure underground parking though there is parking on the road. We found we could keep the bedrooms cool on hot days by keeping their windows and blinds shut during the day. Lovely balcony for outside space. Nice to have a few provisions available for our use. We would stay there again.

Great stay at this Airbnb. Just what we needed for a weekend away in Melbourne. Studio was very well kept. Danielle was very responsive and flexible with our check out too. Would love to stay again!

Great modern place to stay, walkable to train and tram. Great restaurants nearby too. Nik was fabulous to deal with and lovely welcoming touches with milk, oj, cheese and crackers on arrival. Thank you Nik!

This is a great flat and has great links to the city (you can walk or get the tram). The flat was clean and has great views with great facilities - we felt very at home :)

Katie’s place was in a great location walkable to the beautiful St Kilda Beach and the pier which is a fun lively experience in the evening and a great spot to capture photos of the water and the city. You can see the little penguins around sunset at the end of the pier. There are some really nice beachfront restaurants to grab lunch or a drink. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars on Fitzroy and the famous Acland Street (for the cake shops) which are both just a short walk. Also we were allowed early check in which was very much appreciated. We extended our stay to add three more nights because we enjoyed the area so much!

We loved having a grocery store across the street and coffee shops in walkable distance. We have a toddler who loved looking out the window and watching the sunset at night.

We had a great stay. The host was so helpful and personable with a tour of the property in arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location! ~10 min walk away from South Melbourne Markets, and just across the road from a tram stop, making it super easy to get into the city centre. Nikki's place was clean, cosy, and the space had really been maximised - making it a perfect stay for a family. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more; things like the Nespresso machine made it a really homely stay. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely gorgeous place, communicative host, lovely apartment. Very comfortable, light filled! The only thing to keep in mind is to be careful which elevators you take coming up from parking, we took the wrong one and had to end up walking around the building- but we never made the same mistake again. Definitely will book again!!

Had an amazing stay at Fil’s listing. Apartment was like the photos and omg..!! the view 😍 It did not disappoint. Place was clean and tidy with all the amenities needed. Check-in and out was seamless, communication was clear and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again when visiting Melbourne.

Not much to add to all the other 5 star reviews! Helpful host..so great to find oil_herbs coffee pods and lots of other basics in the cupboard. Very comfy flat,short walk to beach and pier. no 12 tram into town takes a while but is so close and convenient we lived it!

The host, Kim, was polite, kind and warm. In addition to the very comfortable and clean room, the gym and pool were easy to use, making it a wonderful stay in Melbourne. There was indoor parking and everything was provided. We are truly grateful! We highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying here.
