Stayed for the F1 weekend with my family and it was perfect for our needs. Close to everything and trams/buses into the city are only a stone’s throw away. Very clean, tidy and homely. Thanks for all the local info Max, it was great. We’ll be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Michela's during our short stay in Melbourne. It's a great location - close to nice cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a short walk from public transport. The property itself is beautiful and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The resident cats Chilli and Tsunami stop by from time to time and are always friendly. They were really good around our 1 year daughter which was great. Well worth the price of admission and I'd highly recommend.

We spent 10 nights here, and the house exceeded our expectations. It was the ideal base to explore Melbourne, and also just to relax in. The layout of the house makes it easy to relax, with its open plan living/dining room/kitchen and big glass doors to the beautiful garden. There is so much comfortable seating – from the large sofas in the living room where you can spend time with everyone, to the comfy chairs throughout the house. The house is very spacious and stylish, but also welcoming and homely. And cleverly designed so that it is full of natural light. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very well equipped. It is quiet, and yet it’s just round the corner from lots of great cafes and restaurants. It is just a short walk to the beach, and Balaclava Station is very close, so it is easy to get into town. Stefanie and Glenn were really helpful, both before and during our trip. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend the house.

We had a lovely stay at Kate's place. Everything was as pictured and expected, it was a great base for us to travel to the Grand Prix at Albert Park over the weekend. Lots of great food and cafes nearby. Kate was super friendly, and her cat was also adorable :)

Safe to say that Dave was the greatest host of all time! My husband & son stayed for the Formula One weekend & it was exactly what they needed & Dave went above and beyond to make them fell welcome & comfortable. Thank you so much for everything Dave!

Had a lovely weekend stay here with my friends, spacious airbnb for a very good price. Close by everything but tucked away on a quiet street that made it also feel peaceful. Responsive host who was friendly and flexible. Very well stocked kitchen which made cooking at home easy

What an amazing house for a family holiday. So much space for everyone, including a separate kids playroom! The location is incredible - 2 minutes walk to the shops (try a different coffee shop each day!), great supermarkets and a range of different restaurants and bars. And the house has a BBQ and large garden in case you want to stay at home. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Elwood beach and Alexa was kind enough to leave behind buckets and spades for us to use. There are also plenty of toys and outside equipment to entertain the children. Would definitely be back again!

This is a beautiful apartment. Near to lots of eating places. Will want to stay here again in future. Corrina is a very helpful host & quick in responding.

On a recent late night return from overseas and as I live an hour and a half out of Melbourne, plus the need to meet with visiting relatives and family who are in Melbourne I decided to stay at Alyce's place. I loved my stay. Very restful - lying on the couch with the garden outlook was perfect. Quiet and leafy. As I like to cook the kitchen was supplied with all we needed for this stay. (we supplied all food of course). Alyce was a responsive and helpful host when minor things came up and I was grateful for this. The bathroom was a tad small for two of us if I had to comment where things were not so much enjoyed, although expected. I am very much looking forward to my return when I need to stay this side of Melbourne. Thank you Alyce.
