Perfect place to stay as has everything it says and a gymnasium with a pool too. Location is ideal as so much to do within walking distance such as the beach, parks and plenty of bars and restaurants. Aida was very helpful and the stay was perfect.

Flora is an amazing host! She is always very responsive to questions. She met us for checkin to show us the parking space. The apartment is squeaky clean and as advertised in the photo. Comfortable beds. The tram stop is just right outside the apartment. We had an amazing stay in this property and would stay here again next time we’re in Melbourne.

Lovely apartment! Comfortable, spacious and located along the beautiful St. Kilda Road and directly across Fawkner Park. Beautiful area for strolls and bike rides and enjoying the amazing autumn sunshine. Owner is very responsive and allowed me to drop off my luggages in the morning. There’s a very recent construction just next to the building so it was abit noisy but other than that, I had a wonderful stay! Would consider staying here again for my future visits.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

Great spot to stay, easy walk to the train station so you can head into CBD with ease. Nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect for walking to the AO, Yarra River, and Downtown Melbourne. It’s also less than a 1hr walk to Port Melbourne beach. The arts district was great with numerous galleries and beautiful architecture everywhere. We made good use of the guidebooks that Dale & Brady authored as well. We had a nice selection of spices available to us for cooking. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for the sun, views, and BBQ. We would definitely recommend their place and will book it again if we return.

A beautiful apartment close to South Bank. It's close to the market and trams as well. walkable to most places and a safe neighbourhood. The owners are exceptional host who went out of their way to help us. The apartment is beautiful and has a character of its own reflecting the personality of the hosts. I will definitely return. Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

Nicola’s place was perfect for our large group. The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport and great coffee over the road. Nicola has done a great job with the extra little details, like great linen and comfy beds. Even with a couple of minor issues, Nicola was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would recommend highly.

Cette maison a été parfaite pour notre famille de 5. Mobilier authentique, litterie et linge de maison de qualité, cuisine très fonctionnelle, petit jardin particulièrement agréable, sans vis à vis, très sécurisé pour les enfants. Sans compter le petit salon utilisé comme salle de jeux par les enfants. Le tout avec des hôtes réactifs, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

great location, easily accessible by public transport. pub and a brewery within a minute walk made it easy for a meal once we arrived. place is well presented and maintained. clean and tidy.
