We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was lovely and close to the business district. Walked all over the area. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would come here again. Thank you, Kyle, for hosting us.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay for our work conference that we were staying at. The location was easy to find and easy to get into. Everything was pretty accurately listed. Would definitely say again.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

We wanted to be near GKTW village for our granddaughter’s make a wish and this home was in walkable distance! It made the stay much easier! Thank you so very much!

I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

We have 3 children and this place was great for our family. It had everything we needed and more, location was great, and hosts communicated well. Highly recommend this place!

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a hiccup with no trash pick up, but the very understanding host accomodated. Internet was down most of the trip, but no fault of the host & we weren't there most of the day, so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of space, well decorated & comfortable. We used Uber & had Walmart deliver anything we needed which was right around the corner, (including alcohol!). All the parks were about a 30 ish minute ride, traffic is horrific (no matter where you are) which is why it was nice to use Uber. Awesome vacation overall!

Excellent location, beautiful decor in bedrooms and common areas, new appliances and fully equipped kitchen, beds and bathrooms clean and comfortable. If we return to Kissimmee, the entire group (adults and kids) voted to repeat the same place to stay!

We loved this house! All you heard was the birds and the water from the pool no matter what time it was! It was peaceful and relaxing! The house is beautiful and spotless! Would love to come back!
