The place was an absolute beauty, the trees and the view of the ocean just made our get away feel special. Everything in the house is antique thats what actually made us feel like it was an actual holiday, we had peace of mind and just enjoyed every bit of it.. if your looking for a place to relax and really escape reality then book with Renier. The host Chantal was also super friendly and an amazing soul. My family and i will definitely visit again soon!

Unforgettable family getaway! This house has everything for a perfect holiday — spacious, stylish, and has anything you might need and even more. Looks even better than on pictures. The pool and braai area became our favorite spot where we laughed, relaxed, and created the best family memories. The kids were absolutely happy. Safe, peaceful, and simply magical — Southbroom, we’ll be back!

This home is so utterly beautiful, we didn't want to leave, extremely beautiful and such a lovely feeling about it. The furnishings and details in every corner you look kept us inspired and very happy to be there. Well stocked with everything your heart could desire. We will be back very soon! Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious, private and comfortable flat! Marianne was fantastic—communication was excellent, and she was so friendly, making us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we could not have asked for a better host - Marianne is an absolute delight! The flat itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a "home from home." Marianne gave us access to her secure garage for our vehicle, we had access to Netflix, WiFi, outside sun lounger and dining/braai area. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach, a local restaurant and pub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely time!

There is not enough words to say how much we loved this home. We have never before changed our tradition as a family and this was our first time, but we found our new holiday tradition when we found this home. The view and the balcony took our breaths away, never felt more relaxed and at home..Margate itself was a bit of a let down, so would recommend beaches around like uvongo or shelley beach.. this is our new home for holidays

A Stay to Remember – Truly Magical! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday home last week, renting out the main house along with the two charming cottages. From the moment we made our initial enquiry on Airbnb, we were blown away by the professionalism and high level of service. With so much online fraud these days, we were understandably nervous about booking and paying online, but their clear and secure registration and payment protocols immediately put us at ease. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our wonderful hostess, Louise. From the first interaction, she made us feel completely comfortable — she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Affectionately known as “The Old Dame,” is nothing short of magical. You can feel all the love and personality in every detail. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. Highly recommend!! Will be returning. Beautiful property, the photos don’t do it justice. Close walk to the mashie course and the beach. The estate is safe and walkable although the mode of transport used by residents is a golf cart, which needs to be rented and not included with the property. Cleaning is also not included but we just booked the cleaning service as we needed

This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very spacious inside with stunning full seaview together with a huge balcony where you can sit and dine whilst feeling the sea breeze. I will go back again anytime and the host is very friendly and helpful. Wow

A pity that I did not get to use the apartment myself due to last minute plans on my end. Nonetheless, Sherita is very thoughtful and was easy to reach. She left clear instructions on how to access her place which I shared with my father. He had no complaints. Thank yoh Sherita. It was a busy weekend for the family but you bared with us.
