We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

we came for spring break and met up with cousins (Philly and Indiana). Port St Joe was the perfect spot for relaxing days directly on the beach, a spacious and clean home to host our reunion and was even accommodating of our 1 year old. We have zero complaints and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

What a great place for a getaway! You have your own walkway to the beach and plenty of recommendations for food. Kudos to being dog friendly as well! They even had dog treats, water bowls, and blankets. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We will definitely be back! Unfortunately, we had bad weather during our weekend, but Kate did everything in her power to make it as enjoyable as possible. The house was super clean and comfortable for our entire family! Fully stocked home which is always so nice. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the beach. Kate gets 10 starts as a host!

I loved my time at Windmark and the relaxed, family and dog friendly vibe of this place. Beautiful views of sunsets across the bay from the windows and patio. And the natural marsh and dunes between the house and the beach is a bird sanctuary that nature lovers will enjoy. Peaceful neighborhood and private, white sand beach with plenty of safe, picturesque areas to explore. I loved the spacious design of the house and use of the garage. I can’t say enough about how great the hosts were- when I gave feedback that everything in the house was very nice as expected, except for the living room furniture they took action. Acrebook worked with me to pick out new furniture. A week later it arrived and a man set it up. They even got a power, heat/massage recliner since I was staying for 2 months after back surgery. The hots’s responsiveness and consideration was amazing!

We just got back from the best vacation ever! The house was gorgeous! Clean as clean can be and bright, airy and beautiful. We lived at the pool and the beach the entire week. The wind was crazy so the heated pool was a necessity. I asked that the pool be heated before we got there and Marissa had it nice and warm for us on arrival. this was our Christmas present to our kids and it did not disappoint. We had 10 adults and five children. Every family had their own room and bathroom, which was lovely. Below the house we were able to park all our vehicles which were one truck and three minivans and we had room to spare. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all our little ones. We have plenty of towels and chairs and toys. Thank you Marissa for a fabulous week!

We had an incredible spring break at “Don’t Worry Beach Happy”! We were two families with six kids, and the house was perfect for our group. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout gave everyone enough room to relax, and the kids loved having their own space to hang out. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, but also in a quiet, peaceful area. We spent our days exploring, playing in the sand, and enjoying the laid-back charm of Port St. Joe. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals for our big group, and the outdoor space was great for unwinding in the evenings. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make spring break memories. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

this place was great especially for the amount of people we had! there was 4 family's and all the grownups had a king size bed and the kids all had full size beds. There was plenty of space and a short walk to the pool! we all had a wonderful time! we will definitely be back!!

David and Karen’s home was the perfect location for our two families (four adults, six kids ages 4 to 9) during our stay in PSJ. We have traveled to this area multiple times and always love the peaceful feel of the town, but this home was in an especially quiet residential area that was a great spot for morning neighborhood walks, days on the beach, and afternoon swims in the pool. The golf cart was a welcome addition, as it would be quite the walk to the beach, but just a quick 2-3 minute ride. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. David and Karen were super responsive to any questions - we had an amazing week!

Can’t recommend enough. Home was clean and cozy. We love the porch & pool (could use some lighting around pool at night) so close to beach access. We had a relaxing stay and would come back. Host was so nice and responsive.

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

The home was very spacious and was more than enough space for my family of 10. Everything looked as described and the surroundings were beautiful. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the view was amazing from both balconies. There was sort of a game room included but you have to choose between parking your car in the garage and having the game room set up so we had to move the car a few times to play pool. Also, it’s a bit of a drive to get to a grocery store and family activities but overall we loved it and would stay again if welcomed. The host was very quick to respond and gave us options of plenty things to do.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Everything we hoped for in this little beach town.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6. We have 4 kids 10 years old and under. The home itself is nice. There is a lot to do in the area. The home is situated in a quiet area with a few new homes going up since the hurricane affected the area. The beach is very easily accessible, there are food options very close by also. Bad Mamma Jamma, Killer Seafood, and Shell Shack had great seafood. The Port St. Joe area is down 98 about 5 miles to enter into that area with so much to do! Our family loved the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, excellent and well maintained. The volunteers there are amazing at the work they do. All proceeds from the gift store go towards helping sea turtles. There are so many restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutiques. We liked Shoobees, Uptown Raw Bar, and The Italian Kitchen. If you go further down 98 to Apalachicola and St. George’s Island it’s wonderful there too (Up The Creek Raw Bar was delicious, try the oysters). Apalachicola has a wonderful history and dow

We had 7 adults and plenty of room. Didn’t even use the room with bunk beds. Layout is great for hanging out and cooking with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Mastercard bedroom and bathroom was amazing (bathroom is fantastic-very spacious). The bed was very comfortable . House was very clean, furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. The walk to the beach is very easy and leas than 5 minutes. Easy enough if you needed to run back to the house for something it was no problem. We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle but has lots of drivable restaurants. The top floor balcony and wall of windowed doors that can all be opened and pushed aside was a wonderful way to bring the outdoors in. The views are fantastic, and Jason is a wonderful host.

This house is cozy and cute. Perfect for me and my daughters' first ever girls weekend. The kitchen is stocked with every dish and utensil you would need to make your own meals. The mattresses are firm and the house is very clean. It is in a quiet, clean part of the coast. Right outside the little town of Port St Joe. We were lucky enough to catch a festival on Saturday and climb the to the top of the lighthouse. We also visited the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Sanctuary on Sunday and the kids loved that. We had a bonfire on the beach that everyone LOVED compliments of Light It Up. They were able to set up on the beach directly at the end of the street so we just walked down there. Perfect. Great place. Great stay.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful beach house. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time! The accommodations were perfect, and we especially loved spending time in the hot tub and sitting out on the porch, taking in the beautiful view of the bay. We also really appreciated the golf cart, beach chairs, and towels—it made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. Your hospitality truly made our trip special, and we can't wait for the opportunity to return. Thank you again for everything!

We loved staying here!! The beach was just a quick walk and they had great beach chairs with coolers for us! We love to stay on this end of the cape because the beach and water here is so amazing and we have stayed at lots of houses but this has been our favorite! Between the pool, the hot tub, the outdoor lounge area with the tv, the game table, the fabulous beds and the location- it just doesn’t get any better. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is just as described and we love the fact that it is off to itself. The beach is a short walk and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Now there are a lot of stairs but we needed the exercise anyway😁 Would definitely stay here again!

My 86 and 83 year old parents stayed for the holidays. The house was perfect. My brother even came down from SC for a visit. House is beautiful and fit their needs. Loved the separate in-law suite. We will hopefully stay again.
