Mitzi's place was perfect for our family's stay. It was as comfortable as being at home. We all enjoyed the pool table, feeding the ducks and having enough space for all of us. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this well-kept home. The host was very responsive and attentive. Our family stayed there for Christmas, and Kate kindly offered to set up the Christmas tree before our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The house had many family games and puzzles; we completed five during our visit. There was also a ping pong table and arcade games, which allowed us to take a break and disconnect. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a good book. Went and watched the sunset on a few evenings to take in the whole experience. Overall, it was a great experience.

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

Perfect place for spring breakers who didn’t want to be surrounded my college kids!! 20-30 minute drive to the beach with essentials near by. House was perfect for us and our Boston. He loved being able to go outside whenever he wanted and we loved not having to worry about him outside!! Would definitely recommended and would stay there again if we end up in PC again!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I have to admit, Sheila and Scott home was amazing and comfortable. Sheila hospitality was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was available for our needs. It was beyond a 5 star hotel, with more some. I would recommend anyone to enjoy this place. Very peaceful and naturing. Great place! We loved the house and all it had to offer. The kitchen was great as well as the outdoor spaces! The golf carts were great and easy to use. Will definitely be back!

Biggest thing for individuals travelling alone is that the upstairs is another rental, however I never heard them or had any issues! This place was amazing with all the supplies you'll need on a beach trip! Perfect week of beach adventures

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time to this area. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The owners have definitely thought of everything. Clean and comfy. The bed was amazing with soft linens and good pillows. The sunset view is worth every penny!! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Rich was great to communicate with. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. It was nicer than expected from the photos. It offered 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 5 artist ladies. Towels are thick & fluffy. Nice quite location. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Hannah was a great host, friendly, and responsive to questions. The location was inviting, and very clean.

Claire’s suite was in a perfect residential location, walkable to the downtown area and to the nearby pier and park. It was a great location for us to explore Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, and St. George Island. We tried out a couple of her restaurant recommendations, our favorites being Peachy’s on the peninsula, and Quatro Locos Tacos. The Kitchenette was a nice space to have our breakfast before heading out for the day. Easy parking directly in front of our entrance. Comfortable and cozy, and friendly communication from Claire!

We stayed at Chris’s place for ten nights. We had a great time! His place was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Did day trips to many nice towns, state parks and beaches. We enjoyed the heated community pool and easy access to Windmark Beach and walking trails. Chris was a great host, we would recommend his place without any hesitation.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

Owners were very cordial and responded quickly to any messages sent to them. The place was very comfortable and all the amenities worked well. It would have been nice to be able to see and hear the ocean from the front door, but it wasn’t that long of a walk…. Overall, I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway in Mexico beach!

This condo is a great spot in Mexico beach! Right across the street from the beach, but also has an amazing pool! Walkable to a couple local restaurants like mango Marley’s! The host was very nice, the place was very clean, and exactly as described! Would definitely rent again

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

I’m don’t know what to say about this place that hasn’t been said, it was amazing! Plenty of room for both our families and awesome views of the ocean. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jump. The ocean was beautiful and the access was easy. Not super busy, almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There are many great restaurants and you are right next to a state park with great biking. We had one minor issue and the hosts were right on top of it. I could go on and on, book this place if you are in the area!
