Brilliant stay - private upstairs area, walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay and very friendly host (with lots of good recommendations!). Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the place and Stuart helped us to check in . The bathroom is squeaky clean and the place is accessible to a beach and jetty which is beautiful in the evenings Highly recommend the stay here and we will stay here again for sure if we come again :)

Christine's place is just perfect. Nestled in a quiet location, but at the same time close to everything and close to the beach. The space was immaculately clean, and with having use of the bedroom, private bathroom, 2 living areas and the outdoor front terrace, very very spacious. I can only highly recommend.

It was a delight to stay in a room at Joy-Lynn and Bruce’s house. They were both really friendly and accommodating and we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Great home, comfortable and with everything you'd need to have an enjoyable coastal break. It's close to the centre of Nelson Bay, so everything is pretty much wallabies and the pool, and outdoor spaces, make for a perfect summer retreat.

Susan’s place was a perfect location for us to attend a wedding at Tocal. Susan has created a lovely space for guests with so many extras that we weren’t expecting. My husband was very partial to the slice. Highly recommended to others.

I travel quite extensively and this is by far the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in! Pristine clean, quiet, private, and the bed is oh so comfortable. Even, different types of pillows to choose from. It looks like a professional interior designer was at work here. Vicki thought of absolutely everything! The kitchenette was stocked with goodies for breakfast & snacks, even milk & butter in fridge. When she found out I loved Nutella, she made a special trip to the store and had a jar and a box of chocolates sitting on the counter. No one beats Vicki's hospitality, bubbly personality or charm. If you are fortunate enough to book Vicki's place, you will be truly blessed! She makes you feel like royalty! I'll definitely be back!

Terry was a wonderful host, he was watering the garden when we arrived. We brought our two dogs with us and Terry grabbed them a water bowl after the long trip. The unit was easy to fund and well signed. We loved the personalised sign near the door welcoming us. The unit was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of the beach and a few cafes. The local restaurants and vistas were excellent, we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Terry, Kiara & Josh

Thanks for a great trip Grant. The apartment is exactly as described a huge Bali bungalow with everything could ask for, even some Bintang sand champagne in arrival. Communication was amazing and made check in a breeze. We will be back.

Great spot fora relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the Bali theme, outdoor shower, spa bath, day bed, outdoor kitchen and walkable to Shoal Bay precinct and beach.

Sue und Brian sind sehr freundliche und interessierte Gastgeber. Sie haben mich herzlich willkommen geheissen und haben sich viel Zeit genommen. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und sehr bequem und grosszügig eingerichtet. Ich habe gestaunt über den super Aussenbereich mit Pool und Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühlen, um gemütlich einen Kaffee zu trinken. Herrlich!

The photos do not honour the room. It is even better in real! Very clean. Bedding really comfortable. 10 mn walking to the city center. 5 to the beach. Car Park available. Anne is really kind. Don’t look further and book the room!

Really lovely place—perfect to rest my head as I was travelling up the coast. Laurel is so friendly and personable—and Angus is adorable. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time there. Outstanding home made breakfast and cordiality from both of you. The room, garden and house are beautiful. We would definitely book again if we come back to Nelson Bay.

Cosy and peaceful place, just what we needed for a getaway from the hustle. George welcomed us warmly and the place had everything we needed. Breakfast provided had loads of choices. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for the stay!!
