Great little getaway right next to a beautiful beach. Only a short walk to beach and short drive to the shops. Peaceful and clean home to relax in and Kerrie is a great host with easy instructions!

Shoaly house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. We took our two dogs and I was very relieved at how secure the yard was for them - there was a lovely grass area to throw the ball and play. Everything we needed was provided, even board games, and the kids loved the table tennis and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit at night. The kitchen was especially great and had everything required for our big family meals. The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was just filled with the perfect little touches. We have stayed in a lot of bnb's and this was by far the best. We will definately atay there again!

This place is great, as were the hosts. For starters, it's walking distance to town, and a beautiful set of beaches within a few minutes hike. The house is 100 yards or so from the trailhead to beautiful beach trails and some peak hikes. From the upper deck, you have amazing views over the valley and some mountains in the distance, which provide incredible sunsets each evening. An added bonus is the plethora of wild bird life constantly chattering beautifully within the trees around the property. The home is well provisioned and provides ample sleeping room between 4 bedrooms. It was a perfect holiday retreat for my family of 4. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, and would absolutely book here again.

We had an amazing time at Julian’s place in Salamander Bay! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a modern feel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay. Julian was a great host—very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be returning to this little gem in Salamander Bay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Shame about the weather!

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

We stayed for 5 nights in the cottage and had a wonderful time away from Sydney! Quiet, peaceful with great amenities like the pool, sauna and fire pit, not to mention the beautiful garden. The chickens, sheep and Glenn’s 3 pets are an added bonus. The Cottage is exactly like the photos and is very comfortable to stay in. Glenn is a super host! We got to see why! Thank you for your hospitality Glenn! It was most appreciated!
