Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

Richard’s place suited our needs perfectly. The location is great - steps away from Jimmy’s beach and also the river for kayaking and pelican watching. A short drive to the patrolled surf beach. We’ll be back!

Great place to spend a catch up with 6 girlfriends

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely place just off the highway, was great for our little family and two dogs! Hosts were friendly but private. House was clean and provided everything we need, great little backyard for the dogs. Shops were just walking distance - good location!

We had a ferocious storm and Roxy turned up to check on us! Lovely responsive hosts and a great house! We will be back.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Blanca! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning home and the peaceful ambiance. It was beautifully designed—modern, yet cozy, with spacious rooms and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a gorgeous pool and plenty of room at the large outdoor table. The location is perfect too, offering a sense of privacy while still being close to all the best local attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed and making sure our stay was seamless. We felt completely at home here, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time with friends/family. I can’t recommend Villa Blanca enough—We already cannot wait to go back.

Had a great stay at Chris & Debbie’s place. Very good location with a play park just across the road which our son loved spending the afternoon at. Great cafes and restaurants around and all within close walking distances. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing stay at Jan’s place! It’s beautifully decorated in a modern style and well-equipped for cooking, with simple breakfast provided. The bed linens were especially nice. Next time, I’d love to book the upstairs unit—it doesn’t have the little courtyard, but it might offer a better sunrise view. If you’re a very light sleeper, you might hear a bit traffic noise, but it would be minimal as the street is not too busy. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay here at Bills! You honestly couldn’t get a better spot. Right across the road from the water and within walking distance to the main part of town. The views are spectacular and the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. We will absolutely be back here again next year!

Apartment was very clean and look like the photos. Great location, only a two minute walk away from beach and country club. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay at Morna Magic! Mark and Maria are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond with their hospitality. The living space was well equipped and wonderfully decorated for a sea-side experience. Place was clean and we felt right at home walking in. Located close to Biribi Beach for your Dune activities! Would definitely visit again. 10/10!!!

I had an amazing stay at Catrina's place. The stay was exactly as described - clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Catrina was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, including local tips and recommendations. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, but still peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. I really appreciated the little thoughtful touches, like breakfast bowl and snacks. We loved the ice-cream and Brownie provided by Catrina. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay! Will be back and would stay again.

This is by far, the best place we stayed at Hawks Nest so far! absolutely coming back! hubby is a chef and this kitchen really did have everything we needed! we loved it and will be coming back! great aircon, quiet, just perfect for what we needed!

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Leah and Mark’s apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Shoal Bay, with everything you need just steps away—restaurants, cafés (ideal for your morning coffee and cake), IGA supermarket, newsagent, chemist, ice cream shop and Aussie Bob’s Fish and Chips just around the corner. One of the highlights is the private balcony with stunning views over the bay—a perfect spot to sit back, relax and soak it all in. Mark was polite, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a spa and a super comfortable king-size bed. Our stay at “The View” was truly enjoyable and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we highly recommend both the apartment and the wonderful hosts, Leah and Mark.

Absolutely incredible views! I’ve recommend this place to friends and family, very clean and can not fault it at all. Grant was a pleasure to deal with! definitely would book again 🙂
