Lovely place, very quiet and beautiful water. We had a great time at here and will come again.

I have stayed in one of Mike's other apartments, which was lovely, but this one is worth the few extra dollars for the great balcony overlooking the ocean. Thoroughly recommend, not one negative at all! Have already rebooked!

Had an amazing stay at Frank’s Airbnb. It was a beautiful location right near the beach and an extremely cosy and comfortable place the stay. Frank was very friendly and provided clear instructions surrounding check-in/check-out. Would recommend!

Our host Frank was amazing to deal with, they have obviously thought a lot about their places, very well equipped and thoroughly recommend staying there. Located close (short walk) to shop, fuel, jetty and hotel. 👍🏼

Frank's Unit 1 was a perfect for a base to explore the York Peninsula. Close to the Port Victoria Jetty, local shop and pub. Unit was spotless and was beautifully presented. Frank was very helpful and check in was easy. Note, linen not provided but can be added to the booking. Thanks for having us Frank. We'd definitely stay again!

Fantastic place, beautiful surroundings. The shack was very clean and had everything that you needed. Step off the grass onto the beach. We would not hesitate to return.

Fabulous location and view. Short walk to beach and walking path. Path to beach not suitable for pram so will need to take slightly longer route along the road. Plenty of plates cutlery and pots. Next time we'll bring a large salad bowl though. Other than that the house was well stocked and comfortable. Our grand daughter enjoyed the dvds even though she didn't know what they were until we explained thats how we watched movies a few years ago 😄 Port Vincent is a nice little town. We'll definately be back.

Very clean, comfortable home with modern renovation. Very short walk to beautiful beach and easy drive into Point Turton. Steven was always very responsive from booking to checkout. Point Turton was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a few days. The beach was calm, quiet and great for paddling with our children.

22 Esplanade Wool Bay is such a lovely place to stay. We brought our overseas relatives to Wool Bay to experience the lower Yorke Peninsula. The house felt spacious and relaxing, and the view was perfect. Thank you for a lovely getaway. 🙂

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely amazing! The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were the highlight, providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffees and evening sunsets. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and ideally located for a relaxing seaside escape—highly recommend!

We had a fabulous family holiday at this great location. The house was modern, had great amenities, was roomy and the mattresses were great. The deck has a fantastic view and it’s just 30 meters to the beach. The location is also just 3km from Edithburgh if you need anything or if you want to go fishing off the jetty. There were 2 fridges which was great as we weren’t sure from the listing. Highly recommend for families or family groups or even adult groups as we loved the 5 rooms of queen or king size beds.

The perfect spot! We had such a beautiful stay and did not want to leave! Everything about our stay was great, the house had lots of amenities including great coffee! We loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the water each morning. The property felt very private and we had our own private access to the water, we felt like we were in Noosa! Emma was a fantastic host and very responsive. We started our trip with unfortunate timing as there was a blackout affecting the entire Yorke Peninsula over a very hot couple of days. Emma was so accommodating and let us postpone our trip to the following weekend. We also had another hiccup when we arrived to the property when we realised there was no gas. However Emma again was very responsive and was quick to have a new gas bottle dropped off and connected making it no issue at all. We had such a lovely weekend, thank you Emma!

We loved everything about this house. Very modern, large bedrooms, beautiful and very well equiped kitchen and living room, terrace and the view is fanatastic! Wow, the sunsets are amazing! We also appreciated that we could use the sup boards and snorkelling gear. Communication with Kate and Tom was great. Very recommended!
