Porta Venezia, Milan : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Een heel fijn en groot appartement, in een buitenwijk van Milaan. Tien minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. Giordano reageerde snel en had allerlei leuke tips. Verder kon ik tegen betaling later uitchecken, wat ook heel fijn was! Top appartement, ik zou het aanraden.

We had a wonderful stay here - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We also liked the location, away from the super busy Duomo area, yet still easily accessible to all the must-see parts of Milan. We traveled with our 6 month old baby and the host had the crib ready to go when we checked in. Overall, this is a great Airbnb with a communicative and helpful host!

Adele loves the city and her guest. She met us for check in and showed us all around the house to be sure we felt right at home! She has gone the extra mile to make her guest feel welcome and the apartment is very nice - especially for a family. Having the washer / dryer, kitchen, coffee, and two bathrooms made our stay easy! Lots of local restaurants and easy to catch the train.

The place is located in a part of Milan that lets you access the Duomo on foot, and is a lively young district with many bars. We really liked it! It's perfect for 2 people, we used the sofa bed as well and it was super comfy. There's everything you need, even a washing machine and a dish washer, it's perfect for a week-long stay. We were really happy with the place, clean, well furnished, secure and in a good district. Stefano and Giovanna were extremely sweet and responsive, we had a problem with a key that broke inside the door and they immediately gave us another one even if it was a Saturday evening. We will definitely be coming back and can't recommend it enough!

The apartment was clear, and the landlord answered every question quickly. Everything was just perfect. The garbage collection outside the window was carried out at 7 am under the windows and on weekends on the street under the disco windows. Soundproofing (windows) lets in all sounds, greatly interfering with sleep. Otherwise, everything was great

Abbiamo trascorso quasi 4 mesi in questa abitazione, in attesa della nostra nuova casa. Volevamo rimanere vicino al parco di Monza. L’appartamento è un piccolo gioiello, arredato bene con elettrodomestici moderni, Smart TV e nonostante sia piccolo permette di essere comodi e godersi il soggiorno. Host perfetto!!

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy luminoso. Muy buena calefacción y agua caliente. La cocina cuenta con los electrodomésticos y vajilla suficientes para poder desayunar o comer. Gran armario. Ubicación excelente, junto al metro de Argonne para llegar al Duomo en 15 minutos. Cafetería junto a la entrada y supermercado y restaurantes próximos. La comunicación con Luca ha sido muy rápida y su información nos ha sido muy útil. Fernando nos informó y ayudó con rapidez durante nuestra estancia.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Marco est un très bonne hôte, très gentil, réactif il nous a donné de très bon conseil et de très bonne adresse. L’appartement était impeccable tout le nécessaire est à disposition, on nous as offert le café, des biscuits et une bouteille. C’était un très bon week-end, merci encore.

J’ai passé un très bon moment chez Stéfania l’appartement est très calme et propre - orienté sud donc le matin la lumière dans le salon est tellement agréable - la déco est juste parfaite on se sent chez soi.

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Milan staying in this great apartment. Super close to a busy bus line (56) that picks up every 4-5min or a short walk to the 1 train line going to all the main tourist spots. The nearby park is fantastic, but the hours are extremely limited during weekdays, nonetheless we enjoyed it during nights and on the weekend. With our dog, we had to rely on a grassy area that was both safe and quiet and open early and late. Plenty of grocery and pharmacies options for a longer stays as well as full kitchen for cooking. A few minor concerns was that the floor heating was very hard to control and the stove top only works after you put on the activating pans. Took us a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all great.

Accommodation added to the experience of me and my friend’s trip, knowing we had a relaxing and comfortable place to return to after a day out. Hosts were quick with responses, friendly and polite. If I am to ever return around this area again, I will be hoping this is available.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Laura as a host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we felt well taken care of during our stay! The only thing to note is that the area around the Airbnb didn’t feel as safe during the night, which made us a bit cautious when going out after dark. However, this didn’t significantly take away from the overall positive experience, as it was really convenient that the apartment was so close to the center and most popular spots in Milan were only a few stops/minutes away with the metro! We truly appreciated Laura’s kindness and would definitely recommend staying here for the warmth and hospitality alone! 🌸

Appartamento magnifico, corrispondente alla descrizione, pulito e ordinato come pochi, con tutti i confort necesari e anche di più! David’s apartment was the perfect balance of spacious and cozy, comfortably accommodating four adults and one baby. Thoughtfully organized and easy to find, it was conveniently located near markets, restaurants, and a Metro station. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. David went the extra mile when we asked for a high chair. The apartment did not have one but David bought it and delivered it the next day of our check-in! Grazie mille, David!
