Superb listing! This place checks SO many boxes.. great location with local shops, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Also, right on the canal so you have a great canal view off your private deck, and you can walk down to the water in the backyard. The unit itself is extremely well done and makes you feel right at home! They blend the high-end modern finishes with the historical rustic decor perfectly. The space is clean, open, and just has an overall fun vibe that really elevates your stay. We will make this our #1 option to stay whenever we return to the area, without a doubt!

Very nice people, always stayed in touch, very flexible

Both my sister and I felt like we entered our grandma’s home and had lovely memories. Yolanda was very quick at responding whenever we had a need. So close to the town square, which is a well-maintained place full of fun shops and restaurants.

Nicely furnished basement apartment that worked well for our short stay. It had much more to offer than we had time to make use of. Would have enjoyed spending more time here.

As described. The main bathroom in the home with the shower and tub is just gorgeous . One of the best showers I’ve had as the showerhead was right above you. My wife enjoyed the oversized tub. The 1/2 bath room on the first floor off the kitchen was very nice as well. We were a group of six bike riders and we were able to lock our bikes in the garage, which was nice. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and modern, as well as many of the features in the home. Michael had a interesting picture booklet on the coffee table that showed the progress of the home. They had purchased it when it was just a shell. It appears that they have totally redone the drywall and the electrical Bedrooms one and two were well outfitted but the third bedroom only had a futon which was not wide enough for two adults to sleep on so accommodations for six adults is pushing it with the current set up . We would stay here again. Michael was always responsive

The house was perfect. It was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had big windows that allowed for lots of morning light. We brought our dog which was a huge plus. If you are coming to Canton, I highly recommend Adrian's place, you won't be disappointed.

The Blacksmith is such a cozy, nicely decorated, well stocked home. It was spacious with each room having comfortable, nice looking furniture. It was easy to locate, park and enter. We loved the walkable location on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Jerrel responded quickly and thoughtfully to any messages and was proactive in offering information and help if needed. It was extremely clean and neat. The front porch offered an enjoyable view of the many passing horse and buggies. And we viewed a gorgeous sunset from the front yard. We enjoyed our stay so much! More beautiful than the pictures show, I thoroughly enjoyed this house. Decor was beautiful mid-century/shaker style, which I personally love. Spotless. The house was exceptionally well designed imo, great work triangle in the kitchen, the small bathroom was well thought out for functionality and there were lots of hang out spaces which all felt cozy and inviting. The backyard was private with a great view out over the hillside. Usually you can’t find private and a great view together. The neighborhood was exceptional, every home on the street was on a large parcel which added to the privacy of the home. I would highly recommend Sycamore house as a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed in many beautiful vacation homes that were fine as vacation homes but you wouldn’t want to live in. This is a home that would love to live in. I was in town doing some wedding planning with my daughter who lives in Garrettsville, I hope to stay here again in the future.

Hosts were very responsive. Place reflected what was advertised. Extra amenities included. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great visit in the Akron area. Her house was conveniently located. We took in so many beautiful waterfalls in and near Cuyahoga NP. Parking was in the driveway and not on the street, remotes in each bedroom and downstairs. Kitchen was set up nicely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's house. The pictures and description were accurate, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Kyle’s has a sweet, comfortable, contemporary home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We slept well and felt comfortable, relaxed and safe. He is very easy to communicate with.

Highly recommend this place, exactly as described and as the pictures! Flew in town to see family, I live out of state and this was within 1/2 of my family! Perfect location! My family did not know it was so close, so look for other out of state family members to use it in the future! 5 stars!!! My only con was the water pressure was so low, even my adult son couldn’t believe how close to the shower head we had to get for water. Other than that perfect!!! I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Al's property! The place was amazing! I enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I had a relaxing weekend! The property is conveniently close to many stores, restaurants and attractions! The host was very friendly and responsive! He's refreshments were greatly appreciated after traveling and checking in so late! The house looks just like the pictures. I definitely will be staying here in the future! This is a great choice.
