This was our third stay and it’s just a beautiful place. Some new beds and furnishings during this visit, which made it even better! It smelled amazing and is so homely. Jay and Ffion are the best hosts I’ve encountered, they are great! We’ll be back soon 🙂

We had a really lovely stay over the New Year. There was plenty of room for 2 families of 4 and our dog. We all were able to get into the hot tub together (minus our dog)! The property is 2 cottages converted into one so the layout is quirky and we didn’t use one of the kitchens much but we soon got used to the set up. The doors are quite low in the downstairs so if you’re very tall you need to remember to duck to get through! The cottage was in a gorgeous location and the stream could be heard from inside; it was very peaceful. The beds were so comfortable and the bed rooms cosy and dark in the morning. We could have stayed much longer and would definitely come back. The cottage was cleaned to a very high standard and the two bathrooms were useful for two families. The location was great. The beach was steps away and the cottage such a short distance from Lee Bay and Woolacombe. We were brave enough to get in the sea on 2nd January! Thankyou for having us x

It’s a lovely large house, with incredible views. Great kitchen to cook from home, lots of space and big bedrooms. Great place, definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful tower cabin, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! **Accommodation:** The cabin was stunning, with breathtaking views and a cozy atmosphere. The design was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. **Hot Tub:** One of the highlights of my stay was the hot tub. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The surrounding scenery made it even more enjoyable, and I loved soaking while enjoying the fresh air. **Host:** Our host was simply amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

We had a lovely stay. Spotless house with everything we needed and a beautiful view of the estuary through the big windows. A short walk from the castle ruins above the shoreline and lots of walks. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

2nd visit here - went with family in February and came back with friends this time. Lots of space in a super clean, well equipped apartment. Handy for Tunnels Beach & lots of other great swim spots & walks. Beds super comfy & bedrooms quiet & peaceful. Thank you!

Great house in a lovely location with fantastic views - perfect for us.

We had a great weekend in this villa with a private pool. I have nothing but positive things to say about the host( Jessica ) and the house. The house is very spacious with comfortable furniture, and fully equipped bathrooms. In addition, the pool/ ping pong table added so much value to our time spent there. The heating was easy to use and made the house comfortably warm and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The place is so close to the beach as well. Jessica has been an amazing host, always responsive and ever so kind.

Really nice caravan, well presented and really clean and tidy, the park is a little dated but they have lots for young kids to do. We bought the leisure passes and did actually use them as the pool is small and not many activities for older kids. We left the park everyday to visit different places so if that’s what your after this is perfect

We stayed in this home during our vacation, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, making us feel completely at home. It was a truly special stay, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in a great location. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

BEAUTIFUL STAY - From start to finish, we absolutely loved our stay at the beach House with Jenny. A group of us together to celebrate a 60th Birthday, in a Gorgous location overlooking the beach with the best sunsets you’ve seen. House was so lovely and clean, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed. We were lucky with it being a sunny weekend so managed to enjoy the beach at the bottom of the garden. Shame about the pool being out of action, but understand why! A big shoutout to Jenny the owner as she was so friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou xx

Thanks to Nicola and Richard for a lovely stay. The house was clean, modern and well equipped and the view from the back terrace was glorious. Nicola sent clear instructions about how to find the property and was quick to respond to requests and queries. The house was a short walk to Combe Martin beach and amenities. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

Great host and a great house to get around in Porthcawl so central to everything. Dave and Malcolm were the most helpful people and there was always a quick response to any queries. Would definitely stay again 😃

The place and area was lovely with a shop less than a minute walk from the door and walkable beach access. The host was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation that came in super handy. Couldn't recommend the host more 👍

We had a short stay at Katie’s place and it was fantastic. The area felt very safe and the Coach House itself was a really cool design and very spacious. Would highly recommend as it is in a lovely area with lots to do. Katie was also very helpful prior to us arriving with clear guidance on where to park, how to find the house and how to get in. Thanks again for the wonderful stay Katie!

Lovely house and great for kids! Very close to the town centre and to beaches. Had everything we needed for our stay and Miri was very helpful and communicative. We loved it, thank you so much!

Chantal's house was impeccably clean and precisely as pictured. Its location near the city center is very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you plan to visit Swansea, I highly recommend Chantal's house.
