Our family of 10 stayed for one week and we had a blast. We went to the beaches, Legoland, tide pools, and thrift stores, and even walked across the border. Iveth's place was perfect for our needs.

Great place. Have stayed here a couple of times. No heat as is common, so it can get a bit chilly in the winter. The pool and hot tub are not heated but the community is nice. Great garden area.

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. My family and I had a great time staying here! The modern home was very family friendly and relatively close the surrounding areas (within 10-20 min drive) that we visited. There were a lot of stores and restaurants in the immediate area as well! The neighborhood was quiet and the house had great views of the city skyline. Host communication was proactive and very responsive when we had any questions. Check-in and out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Wouldn’t mind staying again, especially in warmer weather months, as we didn’t get to utilize the beautiful looking pool!

Place was AMAZING!!! Pictures did not do this place justice. Place had everything you need from cooking to extra towels and blankets. This place felt very homey and had outstanding views. The family and I even got to see dolphins in the morning! To top it all off, the neighbors were so nice and welcoming. It was great! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be coming back in the near future.

Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

Our stay at the sandcastle was great! We enjoyed everything about it. Beautiful home! Loved the view. It was more than we expected. All of us had a great time. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out in the backyard. Lots of seating. Home is very cozy. It’s a very peaceful community. Mary had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back.

Linar and this home were absolutely perfect! My family and I were in town for a wedding. I message Linar a couple days before we were to be there to see if there was a pack and play for my son. He assured me he would have one there the next day courtesy of the house! AMAZING! if you have ever traveled with kids you know how much stuff you already have to bring that was such a relief. The location is near the freeway so it's very convenient! The backyard is so nice! it was a bit too cold to swim but the hot tub was perfect! Very clean inside. Thank you Linar my family had the best time in your home it was so cozy and comfortable we will definitely stay again!

This is definitely a comfortable, family home. It felt secluded, it was quiet, and very peaceful. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub is amazing. The home has everything you need and things you forget you’ll need. The attention to detail will be appreciated if you stay here.
