Lower Suite includes (kitchen, 1 bath), salt-water Hot Tub, picnic table, Cabin, & parking next to the house surrounded by beautiful gardens & woods. VACATIONLAND! Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed and close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Lots of extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The bathroom is shared with a second bedroom which is only rented in conjunction with the suite. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group. This completely remodeled private suite is in a quiet neighborhood just footsteps from Marston's Marina. We are a bikeable 1.5 miles to the Saco beaches and an easy 5 minute drive to the bustle of Old Orchard Beach, or you can avoid it completely. This apartment with kitchenette and bath is designed for two, but can also accommodate new parents with a baby or toddler. Relax on the balcony overlooking the gardens and heated pool or take a dip to cool off!

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.
