We stayed at this property for over 30 days while waiting for our new house to be ready, and overall, it was a positive experience. While the space wasn’t perfect, it had everything we needed for a long-term stay, and the host was incredibly accommodating. They were always quick to respond and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location in Tigard was convenient—close to local shops, restaurants, and not far from Portland. It was a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day. We also appreciated the little details that made our extended stay easier, like extra towels and kitchen supplies. A few minor things could’ve been better, but the host’s kindness and willingness to help made up for any small issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a longer-term place to stay in the area.

This was the perfect location for our family gathering. Near to groceries and activities, and plenty of living space for our family. Elders stayed upstairs and more agile family members downstairs. Spectacular river views morning, noon and night. A true delight! We hope to return.

The air bnb is spacious well laid out and was spotless loved the little package of towels placed at the end of the beds for us with enough towels for the stay.

I love the this area. It is a perfect location if you don't want to be directly in the city. Newburg is just a lovely country town where you can drive about half an hour into the city, or half an hour to into nature. It has lots of dining and grocery stores within short distance. My extended stay was ideal for remote work and a short commute to work in the city if needed. Christian was very helpful, had occassionaly checked on us through the app to see if our stay was well accomodated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was hot and the tub was perfect for unwinding from tension. The kitchen was nicely updated and had all amenities needed to cook meals. I love the carriage house for it's ample lighting from the windows. You can't miss the sunrise from the living area and the sunset from the kitchen windows. There may be lots of windows, yet there is lots of privacy. I would definitely pick this place anytime I am in need to visit the Portland area.

fantastic place with great views and enough space to move around. the only issue we ran into was as hot as it was this weekend we were not able to get the AC to run in all of the rooms making it a bit hot and muggy in the front areas.

Great pace to stay hot tub is nice and the house was big and a great price

Every time I come to Portland, I make sure I can get the Cozy Craftsman. I love how it feels remote and it's peaceful and serene at night.

Denise is a very welcoming host. Her communications on the location and how to access the rental were very clear and easy to follow. She happened to be home and greeted us we entered the door. Within in day, my wife was trading cookie recipes with Denise. The space looks just like the photos on the Airbnb page. The living room/kitchen area is as large as many hotel rooms. It's in a great location within walking distance of downtown Hillsboro, the MAX and less than a 5 minute walk from the people we were visiting. As others have commented, the king-sized bed is very comfy. If you have mobility issues, be aware that there are stairs since it is a basement.

We love staying at Laurie's lakeside apartment. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well supplied for cooking. The view off the deck is incomparable and Laurie and Van are delightful hosts. Very generous in inviting us to enjoy the yard, the dock, the chickens. Our local family enjoy spending an afternoon and dinner with us at the lake as much as we enjoy visiting them! We feel very lucky to have found this gem. Always A plus.

What a beautiful setting! I had a few places on my list but waited too long. Only Terri's was closest to my Son's new home. But wow, I'm so glad I booked it! Peacock Lane was beautiful, roomy, and VERY clean! Due to a flight delay, my plane was delayed until almost midnight, and I was unfamiliar with this part of town. Her instructions were spot on! Entry was easy, and parking was covered! I didn't realize there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom as it was not my priority, but it proved a godsend in the rainy weather. I appreciated the coffee and tea, and there were plenty of towels. (In some places, you only get 2 or 3). Many ppl complained about the lack of TV, but the internet was VERY GOOD, and the beds were so big and comfy that my grandsons and I snuggled up to watch on my laptop! (The couch is comfortable too!) There are plenty of Starbucks (2) and shopping nearby. I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Terri.
