This place is really a hidden gem and a rare find in Kingston. The place is nestled in the heart of St. Andrew and is located close to all local attractions and night life but still secluded enough to provide peace and tranquillity. It’s the perfect balance. The apartment is self contained, very clean, private, quiet and has modern amenities. Ramaar is very responsive and accommodating and aided me in navigating around the first few days back on the island. It was truly a good stay and I would definitely recommend and return. Don’t hesitate on booking 🙂

3rd time to Jamaica and this was a beautiful spot! Really enjoyed the area especially at night , the photo do no justice this place is GREAT! Definitely will book again, I felt safe and I needed anything they was home to help and assist. Thanks you for sharing this home.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It was nothing less than amazing. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Shamori was always onsite keeping the grounds immaculate and was so friendly with the best smile! He even provided us with coconut jelly from fresh coconuts he cut down. I saw another review that mentioned dog poo everywhere and I didn't see any at all, not once. (Neptune is the sweetest btw and so well trained.) Ms Diana's cooking was so good. Everything we had was amazing. We tried about 20 things on the menu and there wasn't one we didn't like. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. And there was plenty of it too! We were able to keep our leftovers in the fridge to snack on. Ms Lilith and Ms Sheril were so sweet and were there for us if we needed anything at all. We did venture out a few times with Mr Nigel who was able to accommodate us whenever we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

Patrick was a very good host. The indications were very clear and Patrick was ready to help us. The pictures are accurate to real life. The house is on the beach. Thank you very much Patrick for hosting us. It was a great add to our trip in Jamaica !

Ms Paula was a great host. She made sure everything is alright and she was so helpful. Her clean and cozy place is located in a safe and peaceful area - few minutes ride to shopping, restaurants and hospital. Free use of washer is a plus for me. I would highly recommend Ms Paula's place, and definitely would go back again next time.

Where do I start! I was first welcomed by the host with a hug and gift which was very sweet from the host! This home is definitely a must to book if you’re looking for a nice clean and safe home in Jamaica! This was a very good choice the home was beautiful and so was the view! The host was very responsive at all times! 10/10 for my stay! Do not hesitate to book this home you will not regret it at all.

Donna is truly amazing. She has a great soul and very accommodating. It felt at home and the location by the beach makes this place priceless. It’s right by the beach. You can hear the ocean at night and see the sunset right back the balcony and just a few short steps through an open backyard area with the softest grass. It’s private at the end. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying here, it was peaceful as always, I felt right at home and the host is always attentive and easy to reach.

The place was amazing it was our second time staying here and I had no regrets….. the place is clean and fresh and very welcoming the decor is very elegant all area of the house is spacious I would definitely recommend here to anyone who wants to stay at a Airbnb … Jennifer is an amazing soul she friendly and easy to communicate with …. I was welcome with a wedding gift from her and it felt nice receiving a gift from the host here will always be my go to place home away from home.

The home was so peaceful and clean i highly recommend betty’s place, trust me u won’t regret it and she’s so understanding and patient. Her co host Andrea is so sweet also… overall i give her a 100/10

All I can say is I would stay here anytime I’m doing a solo trip to Jamaica. Richard was THE BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had hands down. The price was a steal. the location was right in the middle of the fun and the adventures such as the rooftop to chill and the room itself.. chefs kiss. Simply put, stay here. Richard is respectful, professional, and overall just a kind hearted great person who truly cares.

I had an awesome stay, I felt right at home. Ms. Monalee, was super responsive, super attentive was over all an awesome host. I would recommend this place 10/10. I’ll be back.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt auf dem Anwesen der Gastgeberin, wobei man seine Privatsphäre hat. Man ist von der schönen Natur umgeben und kann die Ruhe genießen. Diana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und uns weiterhelfen konnte, als wir mal ein kleines Problem hatten. Auch konnte sie uns einen großartigen Fahrer, Richard, für den Ort empfehlen, den wir ins Herz geschlossen haben. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Excellent! Just what I needed. Great area/neighborhood. The place was perfect for my short stay. Most importantly it was sparkling clean. Also there are great views from the apartment. There are some steps but nothing out of the ordinary. The host was helpful and assisted me with my bags. I also had a rental car and parking was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend and stay here again and again

The Nook is a cosy, quiet place in a safe, muddle-class neighborhood. The location is convenient for just about anywhere in Kingston or to get out of town if you need to. Darren & Samantha were responsive to questions without being intrusive.

Host was extremely responsive and proactive. Friendly and helped with local recommendations. I felt right at home with dependable WiFi, AC and hot water. Property was extremely safe and secure with locks gates and cameras. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed from soap to shampoo to laundry detergent. She also left me some local snacks . Great experience

I had an amazing stay at barbara’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to specific landmarks, attractions, or convenient areas. Winston was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing clear instructions. This was our second time staying at this property and experience was the same as the first. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting old harbour/ St Catherine, and I hope to stay again in the future!

This was our second stay at Emmil and Fai-Anne's place, and it was just as perfect as we remembered! Every time we had a question or concern, they took care of it immediately. We felt right at home with the lovely, peaceful surroundings, and the restaurants and beaches were super easy to get to. We can't wait to come back!

We were beyond pleased to be able to stay in Cozy flat! It was super cozy, calm, clean and safe and exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and we totally enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were friendly, answered our messages and provided us precise information before and during the stay. Checking in & out was easy and flexible too. Mark and his wife was very responsive and took care of all of my needs before, during and after my stay. There was a mixup with my transportation and Mark picked and dropped me up from the airport with my husband and kid. He even stopped for food. The location is very close to the airport…not even 15mins which was very convenient. The area was very safe and quiet. Lovely room with all the amenities. The place felt like home. Will be staying again especially how close it is to the airport and restaurants.
