Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans ce petit coin paisible au milieu de la nature ! Isabella est une excellente hôtesse! merci 😘 On recommande!!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Terrasse! Gianfrancesco ist sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Es war ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Gemütlich, alles da, was man so braucht, viel Geschirr und gemütliche Betten, Hunde und Hühner draußen und schnelle, klare und supernette Kommunikation!

Die Villa Tina in Capoliveri hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Gepflegtes Haus, gute und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ein kleines Paradies. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura a Marina di Campo. Il bilocale è all'interno di un caseggiato arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto quel che serve. La signora che la gestisce è molto gentile e cordiale. Il giardino è davvero meraviglioso, una vacanza dentro la vacanza, c'è un'area con le amache, le bocce, un solarium ed un barbecue per mangiare fuori. Il tutto veramente arredato con cura e amore. Si sta freschi e si gode della tranquillità del posto nel verde. Ci sono anche le biciclette a noleggio. Il mare è a un km. Consigliatissimo!!

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Victoria ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat genau den Fotos entsprochen und war sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse mit Garten war sehr angenehm. Auch unserem Hund hat es dort gut gefallen. Wir konnten auch mit dem zur verfügung gestellten Gasgrill ein Barbecue machen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!! Liebe Grüsse

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Grazie a Ingrid e consorte per la disponibilità cortesia e gentilezza L'alloggio adatto a 2 persone e non mancava niente Consigliato

Sandra, una persona meravigliosa, disponibile con la Flessibilità degli orari! L’appartamento una chicchina! Il bagno è la parte che ho adorato di più : sembrava di essere trasportati direttamente in Grecia! La parte esterna del giardino ha dato punteggi in più rispetto alle altre strutture! Completo e rifornito di tutto!

Vi älskade den här platsen. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver och uteplatsen är fantastisk. Vilsamt med utsikt mellan bergen och havet. Solen kommer fram på dagen och på terassen kan man äta middag i solnedgången. Mycket fin kontakt med Doutsen som var så snäll och hämtade och skjutsade oss till bussen. Rekommenderar några dagar här!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Casa spaziosa e accogliente. Gli host sono cortesi e disponibili. Il luogo è tranquillo ma relativamente lontano dalla spiaggia (che abbiamo sempre raggiunto via auto, ma senza problemi data la presenza di parcheggi gratis vicino casa). Nel complesso un ottima esperienza. Consigliato

Una notte a Capoliveri, Il centro è a due passi dall’appartamento. Antonella è gentile e risponde subito ad eventuali richieste. Consigliato

"Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per una settimana nel bellissimo appartamento di Antonella dotato di ogni confort. cucina nuova e molto fornita di tutti gli utensili. Forno a microonde, lavatrice, 3 climatizzatori, wi – fi ecc. ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Le due camere da letto indipendenti, ciascuna dotata di un PROPRIO bagno completo uniti ad un enorme soggiorno dotato di divano letto e televisione hanno reso la nostra permanenza fantastica. E’ vero che il bagno in mansarda non era molto alto ma non ha rappresentato alcun problema. Impagabile l’utilizzo del garage e la presenza di un supermercato a 50 metri. E’ situato in una posizione strategica per girare le bellissime e variegate spiagge dell’isola (le due di Porto Azzurro sono piccole) e la sera raggiungevamo l’animato centro con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. Antonella sempre disponibile e premurosa, è stata un’host eccellente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo"

Très bon séjour un lieu parfait petite ville au bord de la mer des excursions des visites des monuments tout a été très bien.

Silvias Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt Porto Azzurro hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsberuhigt, man kann aber vor dem Haus kurz parken und ausladen. Man hat viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau, ist toll saniert und eingerichtet. Sie ist hell, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine tolle Küche, ist sehr, sehr sauber und hält alles bereit für einen guten Aufenthalt. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr herzlich, proaktiv und in der Wohnung sind auch viele nützliche Informationen an einem Info-Board. Es gab aus unserer Perspektive rein gar nichts, was nicht toll an dieser Wohnung war und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, liebe Silvia!

Es war alles super - Leonardo war ein sehr netter Host und wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war perfekt. Ein kleiner Strand ist vor der Tür - herrlich privat am Morgen und abends - tagsüber Public Beach. Wir haben den Grill genossen und auch die liebevolle ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war herrlich abends die Wellen vom Meer zu hören.

La posizione è perfetta- a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia “Capo Bianco” che facevo due volte al giorno con il bambino di 4 anni. L’appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito, attrezzato di tutto il necessario- il primo appartamento dove ho trovato “il benvenuto” - con i biscotti, l’acqua, il caffè, sale, sapone etc… Sono rimasta davvero stupita dall’ospitalità di Lorenzo. Lorenzo, ti ringrazio di cuore per aver pensato a tutto il conforto che fornisci. Ci tornerò di sicuro e consiglio a tutti! 😊
