We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Un endroit magnifique ! La maison est très bien équipé, toutes les commodités mises en place en font un confort exceptionnel. L'hôte est très gentille et à même tenter de joindre des restaurants pour nous vus notre arrivé tardive. Cela à été très apprécié. La vue est magnifique ! C'est un endroit de rêve ou nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Les enfants ont adorés avoir des jeux à disposition. C'est près de plusieurs magnifiques endroits à visiter. Nous recommandons à 200% Un grand merci pour tout

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Wir haben uns gleich in dem Reihenmittelhaus wohlgefühlt. Der Platz war absolut ausreichend für meinen Partner, meine beiden Kinder und mich. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Der Pool liegt auf einer schönen Wiese und es gibt viele Sonnenliegen. Stellplätze für ein Auto sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terasse hat man einen tolle Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man mit dem Auto sowie mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln schnell Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Allgemein kann ich einen Aufenthalt nur sehr empfehlen - wir waren sehr gerne zu Gast!

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Ottimo monolocale, c'è tutto l'essenziale. Anche la zona è molto tranquilla. Soggiornato per 2 gg, per l'uso che dovevo farne è stato perfetto, essendo vicino a Cinecitta World. Lorenzo persona molto disponibile e amichevole, ottime informazioni e soprattutto chiare. Check-in e check-out semplici e senza perdite di tempo. Sicuramente se mi servirà ancora ci tornerò.

Soggiorno al Fauno molto piacevole e rilassante con ottima accoglienza da parte dell' host Gabriella e di Francesco che ci ha organizzato una bellissima giornata in barca con pranzetto e bagni. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario; strategica rispetto a navetta bus, supermercati, ristoranti e spiagge. Ci piacerebbe assolutamente ritornare.

Location perfetta e in ottima posizione molto pulito

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

l'alloggio di Michela è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole visitare la parte alta dell'isola di Ponza. facilmente accessibile con i mezzi, ma anche strategico per spostarsi a piedi fra le splendide calette della zona. Michela è sempre disponibile e gentile, consigliatissimo!

El sector es seguro y tranquilo, cerca al mar y la playa. La casa es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, si viajas en carro es ideal porque tienes estacionamiento al frente de la casa y vas rápidamente a todo lo turístico de Roma, Cristina es una anfitriona muy atenta y colaboradora. After many Air BnB experiences, we think this might have been the best. Antonella's friendly welcome combined with the superb accomodation made it an experience to remember and we hope, repeat many times.

La casa è fornita di tutto e di più. Oltre ai classici accessori presenti in molti (ma non in tutti) gli alloggi (phon, ferro da stiro, stendino, accessori per cucina...) qui c'è il mondo... piastra per i capelli, frullatore ad immersione, borsa termica per il mare, contenitori per gli alimenti, Stick anti punture di insetto, Xbox 😲... Ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa, era lì! La casa era pulitissima, il giardino meraviglioso con tanto di amaca per godersi le serate al fresco. L'area barbecue fornita di tutto. E non ultimo tutto il necessario per la spiaggia: ombrellone, sdraietta, teli per il mare. I negozi non sono molti ma c'è tutto il necessario e a due passi, compresa una gelateria e un ristorante niente male. Il mare non è vicinissimo ma facilmente raggiungibile con pochi minuti in automobile (parcheggi gratuiti non difficili da trovare) o con le bici elettriche messe a disposizione. Mauro e Vladimira sono state due persone deliziose, presenti ma discreti. Tornerò di sicuro

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!
