We got the place for one month. The apartment had all the basics covered. Comfortable bed, modern functional bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and functional. Curtains blocked off the light( for those sensitive to it) and windows blocked most of the noise ( but the street is quiet even though it is close to the park and restaurants). Having washer and dryer in the building is very convenient. The apartment is on the fourth floor so not for people with limited mobility but allows for the beautiful view of the river and sunlight. We had everything we needed inside the apartment. Location is convenient. 15 min to the São bento station, little Spar grocery store up the street is very convenient to get eggs, bread and pizza. Uber eats works great in Portugal and so is Uber. Mafalda (manager) was responsive to our requests and always answered within couple hours. We got change of sheets and towels every week. I recommend this apartment.

Ottimo alloggio pulito e fornito di tutto quanto è necessario. Particolarmente utile la possibilità di parcheggiare la vettura in un garage chiuso a pochi metri di distanza senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Porto. Assolutamente consigliato.

The apartment was just what we needed, and they allowed us to get in early which was so helpful. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate us!

Fantastic apartment. Ideally located to metro and bus routes. Right in the heart of the city. Bathroom door needs fixing though and the toilet cistern malfunctions on occasion meaning you have to ‘shake’ the toilet (as per the receptionist’s instructions). Other than that, a perfect place to stay in Porto.

Very lovely apartment. It has everything you need for your stay. A very nice touch to include earplugs, because sometimes you can hear bells ringing in a church across apartment or a noice from a street. Also a big plus that there was an electric heater. During my stay there was a terrible weather, so without it could be cold. Also nice way to dry clothes after being in a heavy rain. One little minus was a heavy smell from a drainage in the shower. There was an air purifier but it didn’t do much. The smell was worst on the first day, opening the windows helped. Overall a very nice stay and lovely team. It was nice to have an early check in.

Me ha gustado mucho el piso, está muy bien localizado, cerca de todos los sitios para visitar en Badajoz. Muy limpia la casa, y acogedora, los dueños muy simpáticos y amables, nos dieron una botella de vino y sitios aconsejados para visitar. En general inmejorable el alojamiento pero le veo algunos puntos, como el garaje que es un poco estrecho para coches muy largos, aconsejaría poner gel y champú en los baños y para la habitación de dos camas, dos almohadas un poco mejores. Consejitos para mejorar, no para criticar. Encantada con el apartamento 🤗🤗

We loved our stay! It has a great work from home set up, speedy internet and high quality screens. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It has a lovely private courtyard with amazing views to the River Douro. We go to Porto every year and this is the best place by far. We will be back!

Meine Frau unsere Tochter und Ich hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Apartment. Wir hatten genug Platz, eine super Küche und alles was wir brauchten um uns in Porto wohl zu fühlen. Bis in die Stadt dauerte es zu Fuß lediglich 15 Minuten. Auch für entspannte Tage war die Unterkunft absolut geeignet. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Vasco verlief wunderbar. Er begrüßte und verabschiedete uns mehr als höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl gut umsorgt und willkommen zu sein. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏼 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen gerne wieder.

très bon séjour chez Claudia qui a su être à l'écoute de mes demandes. (taxi, lit bébé...) logement impeccable et très bien situé pour profiter de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Fiquei muito em dúvida na hora de reservar, pois tinha 2 crianças e muitas avaliações comentando sobre a rua barulhenta. De fato a rua é toda de baladas e fomos bem no carnaval, então era muito movimento, mas o apartamento tem janelas duplas que isola completamente o barulho. Foi muito tranquilo, o apartamento é lindo, muito confortável e espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiros bons, tem lavanderia no prédio. E a localização é excelente.

This is a great base to explore the city, the square and streets right on your doorstep have great bars and restaurants. The flat is spacious, clean and quiet. Pedro was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. This is definitely a 5 star experience and I'd recommend this airbnb.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Spacieux, agréable, idéal pour un week-end à plusieurs. Petit balcon sympa, proximité des restaurants, bars, pas loin du fleuve. Que du positif. Great apartment in a good location with lots of space. I was met by Ricardo who gave me a storage locker for my bags until my apartment was ready. Would definitely stay again.

I hadn’t researched the area well when I booked this home and didn’t realize that we’d be on the other side of the river from Porto. I’m so glad that I didn’t know as I might not have booked and we were thrilled with the location and the home. Being on the river was like watching a movie at all hours of the day and night. We loved the walks across the bridge to Porto and enjoyed the riverside restaurants and activities on both sides. The apartment is quiet and has very comfortable beds which is more important the older we get. There are stairs with the apartment on three levels. We enjoyed our brief times on the terrace and would have spent more time there in better weather. Isa responded quickly when we had a challenge with the washing machine and it was fixed the next day. She also showed me how to use the coffee machine, which produces fabulous coffee. It wasn’t difficult but I needed help. The place has everything needed for a great visit and we highly recommend it.

Minha estadia foi excelente! A casa é incrível, com uma decoração moderna e de muito bom gosto, que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A localização é ótima, com uma vista deslumbrante de frente para o Douro, tornando cada momento ainda mais especial. Além disso, a anfitriã foi extremamente cordial e atenciosa, garantindo uma estadia perfeita. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendo a todos!

Tout était parfait! superbe vue mer Nous avons profité de magnifiques balades en bord de mer jusqu'au centre ville. Marcos était trés disponible et réactif c'éatit trés appréciable.

Espaço agradável, com uma vista bonita, e com tudo o que é preciso! Só não estava à espera das ruas apertadas e falta de estacionamento. (Não é culpa do proprietário, é a zona mesmo)

Séjour très agréable, Judith nous a guidé pour arriver jusqu’à l’appartement avec des informations très claires Le logement correspondait exactement à l’annonce peut être précisé juste les capsules qui correspondent à la machine à café. Sinon tout le reste est vraiment très beau une très belle prestation De plus, Judith nous a donné des adresses de restaurant aux alentours, nous avons suivi ses conseils et nous avons trouvé facilement ou manger et passer un bon moment. C’est avec plaisir que je retournerai dans cette location. L’accueil y est très sympathique. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, j’espère revenir très vite.

A very well-organized, hotel-style managed apartment that we all loved during our five-day stay. It was great to find such a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable apartment in a bustling area. Location is perfect. The variety of entertainment facilities provided was a huge bonus. Every time we waited for an Uber, we enjoyed playing games in the pool room downstairs, which was a lot of fun. The hot water, which we were initially worried about, was never an issue. The apartment is also spacious with the high-quality furnitures. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully designed, though you need to provide your own laundry detergent and paper towels. Worth mentioning is that this apartment doesn’t require keys at all—it’s entirely controlled via smartphone for opening and locking doors, which is incredibly convenient. One minor drawback was that both bathrooms had some water leakage, leaving the floor wet after showers. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.
