Porto Ercole : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Il nostro soggiorno (mio e della mia compagna) é stato molto positivo, molto del merito é stato del host Marco. Persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre orientato al benessere dei suoi ospitit, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il posto poi é comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia della feniglia, grazie anche all'uso di biciclette messe a disposizione da Marco. Ottima esperienza, considerato che questo é stato il primo anno in cui Marco ha iniziato a ricevere ospiti tramite airbnb le cose sono sicuro possano solo migliorare! 5 stelle :)

Appartamento moderno, funzionale, con una bella terrazza. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, dal quale si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi (5’). Si può arrivare a Santo Stefano camminando 20 minuti a piedi su una strada ombreggiata e pedonale. Casetta consigliatissima se siete a la ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla con un mare cristallino.

Elisa, suo papà Bruno e tutta la famiglia, sono stati davvero degli host incredibili. Non ho mai trovato tanta accoglienza, generosità, gentilezza e riservatezza così come mi è stata offerta in questo posto incantevole, genuino e naturale. Oltre all’accuratezza nella casa, (dolci freschi, alimenti di prima qualità messi a disposizione, olio, spezie, marmellate e pulizia), l’attenzione verso gli ospiti, si è contraddistinta. Vino e pici (cucinati alla vera maniera) offerti dalla casa! Ho soggiornato da sola con la mia Labrador in questo weekend di febbraio e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Un’esperienza davvero rigenerante e autentica, con delle persone autentiche. Grazie Elisa & family ( grazie anche per l’olio e il miele che ho già assaggiato!). Amici viaggiatori, questo è un posto da visitare!!!

Un appartement atypique, artistique et unique, un magnifique endroit dans un village exceptionnel. On peut se garer à quelques centaines de mètres et il vaut mieux ne pas être trop chargé ou être un petit peu sportif. Peut-être que nous aurions encore plus apprécié aux beaux jours mais Caleb a vraiment tout fait pour que tout se passe bien. C’est un hôte vraiment attentionné et très réactif qui fera tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Il mérite a lui seul les meilleures recommandations. Les chats du village sont vraiment adorables !

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa, posizione stupenda e riservata, casa accogliente e provvista di tutto. Elena molto disponibile e pronta ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rossano und Elisa begrüßt und haben uns in der Wohnung auf dem schön und ruhig gelegenen Bauernhof gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber mit guten Betten. Die Dachterrasse mit dem weiten Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer ist ein Traum. Hier konnten wir die Morgen- und Abendstimmung genießen. Die ruhige Lage insgesamt ist Topp- nicht weit zum Meer und Uccellina Naturpark aber auch das Hinterland mit schönen Orten und interessanter Kultur macht Spaß zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kontakt zur ganzen Familie. Rossano hat uns seinen Hof mit den Tieren gezeigt, das ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Insgesamt haben wir die schöne Zeit bei Elisa und Rossano in der Maremma sehr genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - habt vielen Dank für eure tolle Gastfreundschaft. 👍😊

Piccolo appartamento completamente corrispondente alle fotografie. Terrazza spettacolare con vista mozzafiato che da sola vale il prezzo. La spiaggia delle Cannelle a piedi dista 10/15 minuti, basta seguire la strada asfaltata. La cucina della casa è molto fornita di pentolame vario, i fornelli sono elettrici: noi abbiamo cucinato molto senza difficoltà. Anche il riscaldamento è elettrico (comunque sia, pur a dicembre, non abbiamo per nulla patito il freddo, tutt'altro). La casa è vicinissima a Giglio porto (5 minuti a piedi), per arrivarvi c'è una ripida salita che conduce alla casa, con un paio di tornanti, comunque fattibile con qualsiasi auto. I punti forti sono sicuramente la posizione - splendida davvero, svegliarsi con la vista e il rumore del mare è impagabile - e la simpatia e gentilezza di Samantha, host presentissima e disponibile.

Die Wohnung mit grossem Balkon ist gut gelegen, alles ist in der Nähe: schöner Strand, hübsches Dorf, sympathischer kleiner Supermarkt, lokale Restaurants. Die Hosts sind sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Castiglione.

Siamo stati ospiti della sign Enrica per 4 giorni dal 24 agosto 2024 al 27 agosto 2024, siamo stati accolti da subito dalla sign Enrica che ci ha condotto al suo appartamento pulitissimo e situato in una zona centrale (vicino al porto ) .una esperienza bellissima e sicuramente da ripetere

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze accommodatie. Het is heel ruim en schoon. Elke appartement heeft een eigen zitje zowel in de tuin als bij het zwembad. De host verwelkomt je heel vriendelijk, je ontvangt een mail met informatie over de omgeving en je kunt Kety altijd appen voor meer informatie. De afstand naar de kust is ongeveer 35 minuten. Ook de afstand naar leuke plekjes is ongeveer een half uur. In de week dat wij er zaten was het erg warm. Wij kregen de warmte niet uit het appartement. Gelukkig staan er meerdere ventilatoren voor je klaar. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Kortom: wij hebben genoten!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

Conoscevo già il complesso che ospita l'appartamento di Andrea, quindi andavo pressoché sul sicuro. Comunque Andrea ed i suoi collaboratori, si sono dimostrati presenti e disponibili per ogni necessità. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana di relax. Grazie e a presto.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This is the best airbnb I've ever stayed at! Not only is the villa absolutely stunning, with the most beautiful views, very comfortable living quarters and peace- but the whole visit was elevated by how friendly and helpful Beatrice and Andrea are. I had some trouble with my rental car and they were proactive in helping me to find other transportation which went above and beyond and meant I had a really seamless trip. They also answered any questions I had about how to get around, and what to do. On top of that, when my charger didn't work with the outlets (wrong adaptor) they very kindly let me borrow one for my visit! To pass on some of the helpful info they shared; gas rental cars are best, public transport is very difficult but you may be able to hire a private car/ask a local driver to drop you to the nearest station. Cafe's etc aren't *always* open but there is a grocery store and the kitchen has everything you need! Thank you for a great stay!

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Lage ist super, nahe am grossen, breiten Sandstrand. ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch ins Zentrum vom Marina. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gut ohne Auto möglich. Grössere Einkaufzentren/ Sehenswürdigkeiten für Alternativprogramme mit Auto gut erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und gut gepflegt, in ruhigem Wohnquartier mit viel Grünflache in Gehdistanz. Alles Nötigen ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Danke Roberta für die schönen 14 Tage bei dir in der Wohnung

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

casa splendida in una posizione unica , con vista sul mare limpidissimo e sul paese. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben posizionata per muoversi anche verso i dintorni. Buoni ristoranti a pochi passi dalla casa. L'ospite è stata molto accogliente, ci ha aspettato lungamente e pazientemente a causa di problemi di traffico lungo l'autostrada. Ci ha dato indicazioni sui negozi e supermercati più vicini. Ci ha mostrato tutta la casa nei dettagli indicando dove trovare tutto ciò che ci poteva servire per vivere molto comodamente nei giorni successivi. Il giardino condominiale è davvero bello con piante magnifiche. Insomma, un soggiorno ed un posto piacevolissimi.

Kerstin è stata fantastica per il check in che ha comunicato tutto nei minimi dettagli e chiaramente. L'appartamento ha una vista spettacolare ed è tenuto molto bene. Non ci siamo solo rilassati ma proprio rigenerati! Grazie

Cozy and typical airbnb with an incredible rooftop terrace overlooking the valley ( the aperitivo there was the highlight of our weekend!). Luigi is a very responsive and helpful host. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back!

This is a wonderful house of a wonderful family! It had a nice, cozy and unique design, combining both modern neccesities and more of a retro style. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I felt so much at home! I was sick for a few days there, but I actually felt okay staying at home, since it was so nice. You are surrounded by the most important monuments of the city, it's right in the center of the old city. You can even go up to the roof to enjoy your surroundings with a cup of coffee or a cigarette! And of course the owners are such a nice and welcoming family, they even took me to the near city, and I felt like I was just visiting relatives, rather than I'm renting the place. Worth every penny, highly recommend!
