Porto Novo : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Joli appartement moderne, propre et bien équipé dans un quartier calme. Légèrement excentré du centre ville de mindelo (15min à pied) mais très proche de la magnifique plage de Laginha. Irina a été réactive par messages et souple pour les horaires d’arrivée. Je recommande!

Wir wurden von einer netten Frau empfangen die uns das Airbnb zeigte, sogar eine kleine private Dachterasse ist mitinbegriffen und sie Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und sauber!

Tolle Wohnung mit großzügigem Balkon. Panorama zum Meer und den Bergen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zentrum ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausstattung war super, alles sauber, modern und gepflegt.

Clere est 1 horrible incroyable. Très agréable et surtout adaptable. L'appartement est spacieux et très confort avec tout le nécessaire et surtout tout à été refait récemment. Enfin, appartement proche du front de mer et à 1km à pied du départ des ferry.

Het was lastig te vinden, omdat we in de avond aankwamen. Maar verder was het een top accommodatie. Hele lieve, gastvrije hosts. We hebben zelfs een nog drankje met ze gedronken. Ook het appartement was super, schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig. Daarnaast was de omgeving prachtig. Volgende keer als we naar familie gaan, komen we zeker weer hier overnachten!

Nous avons été accueillies à l’aéroport par Manuel , il nous a accompagnées au logement tout en nous montrant les lieux intéressants et ceux qui pourraient nous être utiles . Première rencontre très chaleureuse. Manuel est quelqu’un d’ extrêmement attentionné. Il a insisté sur sa disponibilité à tous moments, tout en étant très respectueux de notre intimité Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible , mission réussie ! Il nous a proposé une visite de l’île et nous l’a faite découvrir avec passion et dans un bon français . Il nous a conseillé des visites et donné de bonnes adresses. Le logement est très spacieux, impeccablement propre ,bien équipé et confortable. Bien situé ,à proximité du centre et de la belle plage de Laginha ( tout est accessible à pieds). Pour notre arrivée , il avait prévu eau, café et des bananes de bienvenue . Nous avons apprécié cette attention Merci pour tout Manuel. Je recommande sans hésitation

Espaço muito agradável, no centro da aldeia, que nos proporcionou uma boa estadia e bons momentos, apesar de necessitar de alguma manutenção. Fomos recebidos pelo Gabi, que esteve disponível quando necessitámos. Deixamos um agradecimento à Verónica (Bar Pedra Balea), irmã do Gabi, pelos seus dotes culinários, a massada de peixe estava divinal. Obrigado Odile.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Osvaldo and his wife are very kind people willing to help. I felt very good being in their house. The place is a little bit further from the coast. There is local traffic (colectivos) that are driving very often from Cuculi to Ribiera Grande. If you like nature and not so touristic places, then i recommend it. I had a good time there.

Een leuk huisje, zeker de bovenverdieping waar we altijd zaten. Benedenverdieping iets aan de donkere kant maar die gebruikte wij eigenlijk alleen om een bordspel te spelen en om te slapen. Het is aan te raden om het hele huis te huren. Omgeving was even wennen zo tussen de locals maar geen problemen mee gehad. Strand is recht voor het huisje alleen niet echt geschikt om te zwemmen daar. Verder was alles top.

Accueil chaleureux, super petit déjeuner.

Wir durften bereits vor dem Check-In unsere Koffer in der Wohnung deponieren, die Wohnung ist gross und sauber. Sehr zentral, man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht und ist sehr sauber. Tony war immer sehr gut erreichbar.

Le logement d’Ed était parfait pour notre séjour, vaste, confortable et bien placé, avec un petit coup de cœur pour la terrasse avec vue sur la mer 😍 Ed était également très disponible par écrit pour nous répondre, et son associé Anilton nous a beaucoup aidés sur place pour la logistique. Je recommande chaudement !

Accoglienza molto buona.A parte qualche piccolo problema con energia elettrica,peraltro risolto nel giro di qualche ora,l'appartamento e' ben tenuto ,ampio e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione .Situato fronte spiaggia in un quartiere ottimo,con bar e ristoranti molto vicini.L'host e' molto disponibile e celere nella risoluzione di dubbi.Davvero consigliato.E' valsa la pena.

Great apartment with a great host

well well Angela/ Paulo Apartment is just beautiful and in a fantastic location. The balcony alone well you just wouldn't want to leave it as such a fantastic views from it's 10th floor. a whole sweeping view of the city and beach you see the cruise ships coming and going. if you love the sun like I do well it comes right into this very large balcony by early afternoon. 2 deck chairs also. The apartment itself is very large by any standard. with everything one could need. it's a perfect location for visiting mindelo. we spent a week in the apartment it was perfect and we booked our tours with these guys also which I highly recommend as they do great deal. so thanks guys for all it was amazing for us.

mooie, ruime en schone verblijf. je hebt geen opgesloten gevoel door het vele licht binnen en de aanwezige balkonnen. alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. je loopt zo het strand op. wil je de omgeving verkennen dan stap je zo op de bus die stopt voor de deur of pak je een taxi. genoeg te doen in de omgeving: restaurants, speeltuin, museum en het centrum is met de taxi binnen 5 min te bereiken + schoon + vriendelijk en behulpzaam + beveiling aanwezig + levendige omgeving + supermarkt vlakbij - hoge trap om bij het appartementencomplex te komen. (in gebouw zelf wel een lift aanwezig. zou een sleutel krijgen om via garage alsnog beneden de lift te kunnen pakken ivm kinderwagen. was uiteindelijk niet nodig. - op winderige dagen veel wind te horen in huis. opgelost met een doekje voor de rooster waardoor het niet meer te horen was in huis - balkondeuren konden niet op slot (geen probleem zat 8 hoog)
