Porto Santa Margherita : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Una villa molto ampia, spaziosa e organizzata. Ogni stanza aveva il suo bagno il che ha reso la esperienza più speciale, sopratutto per gli gruppi come nel nostro caso (eravamo in 10 persone è un bambino piccolo). Inoltre il host era molto disponibile e ci ha seguito ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in 15+ years. The apartment was even more spacious and lovely than we expected, and had a great view of a canal frequented by gondeliers. Even at the end of our weeklong stay when we'd seen much of the city, we still thought it was one of the best locations, a quiet residential area near a square with a grocery store, restaurants, bakery, etc. And it was easy to get around on foot or vaporetto. The apt had a functional, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything else we needed. When we arrived, the host met us at the water shuttle stop and walked us to the apartment, and she was available whenever we had questions during our stay. Highly recommended, especially if you are spending more than a few days in Venice.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer AirBnB Unterkunft! Es war alles super sauber und ordentlich - alles da, was man benötigt.. es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Branko und Milica sind wirklich sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!! Der Check in hat einwandfrei geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert, wir haben tolle Tipps und Insider-Infos bekommen und die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Wir hatten am Ende noch Probleme mit dem Auto und auch da haben uns die beiden sehr lieb geholfen und unterstützt. Vielen Dank für alles!! Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und sollten wir mal wieder in der Gegend sein, kommen wir gerne wieder!! 🤗

My stay in Monicas apartment was wonderful. Just around the corner of Piazza San Marco, but still a very quiet alley. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully furnished, with lots of useful information for travelers. Communication with Monica and Irene was quick, easy, very friendly and useful. I can highly recommend!

A várostól és a strandtól pár perc sétára van a ház, nyugodt, csendes rész. Privát parkolóhely. A kertből a kilátás fantasztikus. Ana Roza gyorsan mindig elérhető, mindig segítőkész. A helyszínen apukája tartózkodott, aki mindig rendelkezésre állt és nagyon szimpatikus ember. Jól éreztük magunkat!

Nikolas war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles super erklärt. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und ordentlich mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir haben viel unternommen z.B. Venedig, Höle von Postojna, Strand in Grado, Strand Marina Julia Monfalcone, Ljubljana, Tolmin-Klamm.... Tolle Gegend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Appartamento spazioso, con tutto l'occorrente. Letto molto comodo. Host gentilissimi. Delizioso gattino nero e cagnolino bianco, discreti e tranquilli. Consigliato!

100% raccomandabile. L appartamento e molto spazioso e con tutto cio che serve in vacanza. parcheggio privado e spiaggia raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. cosi come vicino al centro di lignano pineta. L appartamento non ha gli asciugamani e lenzuola pero Roberto ce Li ha forniti senza problemi. aspetto molto positivo e la terrazza privata di ogni appartamento.

Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

Sehr schönes großzügiges Grundstück mit schönen alten Bäumen, ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist super und die perfekte Abkühlung bei so heißem Wetter wie wir es während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten. Daneben ein umzäunter Gartenteil, wo man Ball spielen, schaukeln, Boule oder Tischtennis spielen kann. Fabienne und Giulio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück und es ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Umgebung mit Venedig, Padua, etc. zu erkunden.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde die gut ausgestattete Wohnung gezeigt. Der Pool war speziell für die Kinder sehr toll. In der Umgebung kann man vieles unternehmen, die Strecken auch nach Slowenien sind ziemlich kurz. Somit hat man doch einige Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.

Es war alles sehr Super, die Empfehlungen, die uns Jody gegeben hat, haben wir in anspruch genommen. Die Lage war super, bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und sauber. Jody hat sich um alles gekümmert, erreichbar war er auch noch, innerhalb von Sekunden, hat er und Vincenzo uns geholfen. Sehr fürsorglich, ich hoffe das wir uns wiedersehen werden. Danke ! Wir wollten eine moderne, gepflegte, saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, und diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lieben es, morgens unseren Kaffee zu trinken und auf das Meer zu schauen, und das war diese Woche möglich. Der Umgang mit den Gastgebern hat uns Zuversicht und Sicherheit gegeben und wir sind dafür dankbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Mira. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war wunderbar, es gab viele Tipps und einen persönlichen Check-In mit viel Input. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es war alles sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Ausgangslage für Ausflüge aller Art, aber auch Mira selbst ist einen Spaziergang wert. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hauptstraße, welche unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei führt. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Autos leicht, mit offenen Fenstern ist es sehr laut, da die Straße stark befahren ist.

Klaus’ Villa war ein absoluter Traum und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – sie ist nicht nur wie auf den Bildern, sondern sogar noch schöner! Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke, die Terrasse, der wunderschöne Garten und der herrliche Pool sind pure Entspannung. Die Outdoorküche mit dem Holzkohlegrill rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab! Klaus ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Das persönliche Willkommen und der umfangreiche Info-Ordner voller toller Tipps waren einfach klasse. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, was für unseren energiegeladenen Hund ideal war. Die Privatsphäre war dank der Hecken und Zäune bestens geschützt. Cepljani ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt! Rovinj, Porec und Novigrad sind gut erreichbar, und Umag ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Besonders empfehlen können wir die Pizzeria in Babici – Klaus’ Tipp war goldrichtig! Lieber Klaus, vielen Dank für diese traumhafte Zeit! Wir hoffen sehr, bald wiederzukommen! 😊
