A lovely, unique place to stay. Nice outside area with a table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Washing machine was very handy. There are some marvelous views of the sea just a few steps to the right when you exit the apt. The town of Castiglione Della Pescaia, is beautiful. Very well kept with many great restaurants. The food was great at every restaurant we tried. Lots of restaurants down at beach level. If you have a car, it's not far to some other towns in Tuscany, such as Sienna, Pienza, etc. Rosalia's place is located high above the main street of the town. We're 76 and 74 respectively and while we're not super fit, we managed quite well with the walk up from the town. But if you have any mobility issues, Rosalia's place is not for you. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa i primi giorni di settembre. La casa è molto bella, elegante ed estremamente pulita. La sig.ra Lidia e suo marito sono due persone estremamente gentili e cortesi. Vicina al centro di Castiglione che si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti di auto. Super consigliata!

Locale piccolo e molto accogliente, completo con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Federica molto disponibile e cortese.

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ottima host, casa ampia e spaziosa, adatta a grandi famiglie. Posto auto in strada gratuito e vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliato!!!

Een heerlijk appartement op loopafstand van het strand en het dorpje. De buitenruimte is niet zo groot maar groot genoeg om lekker te kunnen zitten. Binnen is het veel ruimer en erg gezellig en sfeervol ingericht door Angelo. Van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een prachtige badkamer. Zou er zo weer heen gaan en echt een aanrader! Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento di Laura all'insegna del relax. Giardino e piscina splendidi. Host molto discreta.

I stayed there in September, end of the touristic season, and the place was perfect for an easy short holiday. Very close to the beach, grocery spots, and breakfast bar etc. Also walking distance to the old town. Pleasant and leafy surroundings. The patio looked also great for dining al fresco.

Super Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Absolute Privatsphäre auf dem großzügigen Grundstück. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber gut mit einem Kombi machbar. Francesco erklärt jedes Detail der Route zum Haus perfekt.

La casa é bellissima. Molto più suggestiva dal vivo che in foto. La posizione perfetta. Permette di visitare i dintorni molto facilmente. Immersa in una campagna unica, vista mozzafiato, casa con tutti i confort necessari per passare una vacanza con amici o in famiglia. Bruno é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per consigli utili e azzeccati su servizi/ristoranti in zona. Vacanza da ricordare!!!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rossano und Elisa begrüßt und haben uns in der Wohnung auf dem schön und ruhig gelegenen Bauernhof gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber mit guten Betten. Die Dachterrasse mit dem weiten Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer ist ein Traum. Hier konnten wir die Morgen- und Abendstimmung genießen. Die ruhige Lage insgesamt ist Topp- nicht weit zum Meer und Uccellina Naturpark aber auch das Hinterland mit schönen Orten und interessanter Kultur macht Spaß zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kontakt zur ganzen Familie. Rossano hat uns seinen Hof mit den Tieren gezeigt, das ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Insgesamt haben wir die schöne Zeit bei Elisa und Rossano in der Maremma sehr genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - habt vielen Dank für eure tolle Gastfreundschaft. 👍😊

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso questa casetta meravigliosa , in mezzo ad un giardino , con tutti i comfort necessari. Fabrizioa Saverio sono due Host meravigliosi e gentili nonché molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. le terme a pochi chilometri e la pulizia della casa perfetta sono anche questi elementi da non sottovalutare! ritorneremo e consigliamo tantissimo questo alloggio!

Wer eine gute Unterkunft in dem Umkreis sucht und nicht gleich arm werden will ist dort genau richtig. Hat einfach alles top funktioniert

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comodissima e centralissima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa, possibilità di pagare il parcheggio alla stessa quota dei residenti, cioè 2€ al giorno. Ale è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.. consigliatissimo..

L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto camera da letto piu' bagno ottima pulizia clima e frigo.Posizione praticamente centrale a giglio porto 100 metri e siete nella via principale cio' non ostante in zona non c'è confusione ed è silenziosa.

Sono venuto in questa zona x la degustazione di vini di fine settembre, l’appartamento è adiacente all’evento quindi facilmente raggiungibile senza auto

E' andato tutto bene, appartamento spazioso e pulito. aria condizionata funzionante alla perfezione. Location con bellissimo giardino. accesso al lungo mare di port Ercole a soli 3 minuti. Accesso alle spaigge in auto o a piedi dipende dalle necessità. Mi sono trovato bene e lo consiglio.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ivan e stato molto cordiale e per qualsiasi necessità e stato disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di vino del posto. L'appartamento è molto bello. Lo consiglio vivamente

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft Kommunikation mit Edoardo war sehr gut, er hat uns zeitnah abgeholt als wir bei der Ankunft seinen Bauernhof nicht gleich gefunden haben.. Die Verkehrsführung in der Umgebung von Grosseto und Alberese ist zu Beginn irritierend, aber nach kurzer Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran. Edoardos Unterkunft ist eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in der Maremma.
