Porto Santo Stefano : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Nous sommes revenus cette année après un premier séjour l'année dernière. On ne se lasse pas de cet endroit et l'appartement est idéal, chaleureux, avec du caractère. Le balcon qui lui donne son nom est effectivement un atout incroyable.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Where to start, the place was just fantastic. Monica's flat is lovingly furnished in a combination of antiques, her own artwork and that of her contemporaries. The expansive flat is on the top floor of a modern building, but just outside of Orbetello's old city walls. This affords it the best view of the lagoon from the spacious living room and master bedroom. Her assistant Cosimo settled us in and was always on hand for suggestions of local beaches and restaurants. Overall a delightful stay and can't wait to be back in the winter on a birdwatching tour - this is the perfect base to explore the local WWF reserve.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’alloggio durante il mese di agosto. La posizione è ottima: si possono raggiungere bellissime calette a piedi e in alternativa abbiamo avuto modo di parcheggiare sempre la macchina nel parcheggio dedicato con tagliando fornitoci subito dall’agenzia. La casa era molto carina e funzionale, esattamente come nelle foto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina, funzionale che ci ha permesso anche di cucinare in casa più volte. Il bagno è effettivamente piccolo come nelle foto ma alla fine considerando che si è in vacanza in due, si riesce benissimo a gestire senza problemi. Ci tengo a dire che purtroppo ci sono molte brutte recensioni online su Google su questa agenzia ma davvero la nostra esperienza è stata ottima e non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo goduti questi giorni in serenità. Chiara dell’agenzia ci ha accolti subito fornendoci indicazioni ed è stata molto flessibile sia sul check-in che sul check-out. Torneremmo volentieri ospiti dell’ alloggio!

Sono stata con un gruppo di amiche e la casa era perfetta per noi: molto grande con tre camere e tre bagni, un salone immenso dove era possibile fare colazione vista mare, insomma, un sogno! La casa era inoltre pulitissima e Giorgio è un host davvero attento e disponibile. Ci è anche stato lasciato un pass per non pagare il parcheggio che, a Porto santo Stefano, in piena estate, è stato molto apprezzato. La posizione è centrale per potersi muovere a piedi per cene e aperitivi ed è a due passi dal porto da cui partono le barche per il Giglio. Noi la super consigliamo!

wir hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! wir sind einfach begeistert von der Wohnung

Asunto oli rauhallisella alueella lähellä rantaa. Siisti asunto joka vastasi hyvin kuvia. Filippo vastasi hyvin viesteihin ja oli hyvin ystävällinen :)

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nella casa di Massimo, con i nostri due bimbi piccoli, e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La vicinanza al mare e ai servizi di zona (farmacia, botteghe alimentari) è davvero strategica soprattutto con due bimbi piccoli. La casa è molto bella e curata, le foto rispecchiano esattamente com'è. Al nostro arrivo era tutto sistemato, pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il terrazzo. Riguardo il parcheggio dell'auto abbiamo trovato una soluzione alternativa, in accordo con la proprietà, al posto auto coperto! Nel complesso, tutto perfetto!

Marco was a generous host and has created an idyllic holiday experience for his guests. This is a very special place in a gorgeous location. We loved our balcony with the magnificent view of the sea, exploring Monte Argentario and felt privileged to enjoy swimming like a local at Cala Piccola with a pass to the beach and ticket for the bus shuttle generously provided by Marco.

Teresa è una perfetta padrona di casa, fornisce immediatamente tutte le informazioni necessarie per potersi destreggiare nel paese, servizi, ristornanti spiaggie!!! È sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La location è stupenda, vicina al centro con una vista mare mozzafiato. Grazie di tutto Teresa!!!!

Fantastic location, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to nearby shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a quiet and relaxing getaway by the sea. The restaurant next door is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, especially on those lazy days. Highly recommend!

super Lage direkt am Strand. Alles ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. die Küche ist ein wenig eng, aber zu zweit kein Problem

Un posto meraviglioso al di là delle aspettative. Immerso nella natura e nella quiete in un tratto di mare bellissimo, dune, macchia mediterranea, campi gialli colorati da fiori variopinti, coniglietti selvatici, tartarughe, canti di uccelli di ogni specie e non ultimo un piacevole venticello che ci ha rinfrancato per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Casa deliziosa e confortevole. Tutto molto ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Speriamo di poter tornare!

The house was great. We did not realise first that it was part of a condominum. A car is essential, especially if there are small children as reaching the sea and swimming pool may be Ok to do walking by adults but the ascend is taxing for children. The house was great and did not miss anything. The views from the house are really spectacular. There are many beaches to visit (beaches near the porto santo stefano and porto ercole - using a car) but some of the most spectacular beaches are only reached by foot in difficult terrain so only for those who have stamina to climb but its a good excersise! We had a lot of fun and went even fishing. The Port is nice and and well organised, but the area is more known for its nature. We will definately come again!

Host molto disponibile in tutto. L’alloggio di Milena era comodo pulito e confortevole. Posizione ottima per visitare Porto Santo Stefano anche a piedi lasciando la macchina nel comodo parcheggio a disposizione. Consigliato

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Wonderful location and host very responsive. Beautiful apartment that felt like home! Walking distance to the beautiful little town with lots of food options and shopping. David was a wonderful host.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Appartement von Valentina. Sauber, modern, toll ausgestattet, super Lage, nahe am Strand und am Zentrum. Valentina war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!

Es war eine tolle Woche in Marina di Grosetto, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, und die Lage am Strand war großartig. Es war äußerst nett, dass wir den stabilen Sonnenschirm und die Liegen der Vermieter verwenden dürften. Die Restaurants und die Empfehlungen der Vermieter hat uns geholfen uns rasch zurecht zu finden. Vielen Dank

Gorąco polecam apartament, był w pełni wyposażony, przestronny, cichy, z cudownym widokiem na morze i port i góry, widok,było ogrzewanie, czyste ręczniki, pościel itp. Bardzo przestronny taras, był kominek z którego można było skorzystać, wygodne łóżko. Dostaliśmy garaż co jest wartością dodaną w tej okolicy. Właściciel komunikatywny, dostępny, miły i służący pomocą. Można wypocząć i się zrelaksować….polecam

Wir waren 12 Tage im App. "Olivenbaumhaus" ! Wegen technischer Probleme im Tangerine Tree House hat uns Lyza das im gleichen Haus befindliche größere App. zum gleichen Preis überlassen. Das Olivenbaumhaus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lyza hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) und Empfehlungen sehr gut geholfen. Schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Nur die vielen Mücken stören! Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell und einfach in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Parken war sehr gut und einfach möglich. Man kann von hier schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchst. Küche und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung (Fenster & Türen) ist mit gutem Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum/Küche sind sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell' appartamento di Massimiliano. Ci siamo veramente rilassati e sentiti a nostro agio. Tutto come da descrizione, anzi ha superato le aspettative. Spiaggia libera e fruibile proprio di fronte al cancello di casa e vista mare stando a tavola in soggiorno. I bagni e le spiagge attrezzate sono ai lati della spiaggia libera , altrettanto comodi con accesso anche tramite rampa per disabili. Posizione ottimale anche per le passeggiate serali in quanto si trova sulla via pedonale, ma in una zona leggermente defilata rispetto ai bar e ristoranti più frequentati e rumorosi. Nell' appartamento c è tutto quello che può servire ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffe) ed il posto auto. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere a casa e contiamo di tornarci.

Great apartment with everything we needed for the week. Amazing views over Porto Ercole. Would love to come back!
