Porto Tolle : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal venerdì alla domenica a Casa Giulietta e non potevamo scegliere di meglio! La zona tranquilla e silenziosa in campagna, ma comunque vicino al centro abitato e molto centrale per visitare luoghi davvero magici. La casa pulitissima e ordinata, molto spaziosa e provvista di tutto. Materassi ultra comodi e lenzuola di cotone! Paolo è stato molto disponibile fin dai messaggi iniziali, persona accogliente e molto gentile. Casa Giulietta super raccomandata!!!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella Casina nel Cerchio, perfetta per tre persone. Per il clima invernale freddo non abbiamo approfittato di due spazi esterni che rendono la casina molto più spaziosa: il terrazzino e un salottino all'aperto delizioso e molto curato negli arredi. La casa è tutta arredata con gusto. Silvia è stata accogliente, generosa e super disponibile, ci ha persino accolto con degli assaggi tipici che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ravenna è uno scrigno di arte preziosa e la casa è vicina a tutto, anche al mare (una decina di minuti in auto). Ci piacerebbe moltissimo tornare da Silvia in una stagione più mite per goderci anche gli spazi esterni.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

We spent two nights in Alberto’s apartment and it was perfect-spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Location was excellent -just a short stroll from the main piazzas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay in beautiful Padua.

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Nous sommes restés un week-end dans ce logement très agréable et bien situé . Idéal pour une famille , je recommande à 100%.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

We had a great time when we stayed here. It is very spacious. One of the reasons we chose this place is the great view from the kitchen/balcony. The only downfall was the weather was not cooperative for us to be able to use it. We still enjoyed our stay- close to attractions. Instructions were very clear with helpful pictures on how to locate the apartment. Thank you! The availability of a washer/drier was great too.

This is a hidden gem and I cant recommend it highly enough. The apartment is true to the description and photos, yet the photos don't do it justice. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. The garden and separate private seating area provided an oasis of calm right in the middle of Venice. The garden was beautifully appointed with deck chairs to relax in as well as a table and chairs for eating. The location is wonderful, so close to the station (10 minutes walk even with luggage), right next to the Scuola Grande and Frari. It has the advantage of not being in the main tourist area yet close enough to walk to other sights. Claudia and Federico were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you so much. We would love to come back.

Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay on a trip to Venice! Dimitri & Valentina were always quick with their responses during our booking, and also always on hand to provide any recommendations we asked for. Great location & super clean apartment, the balcony as an added bonus was amazing!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Ottimo alloggio. Molto spazioso e pulito. Un po’ difficile da individuare ma l’host ci ha aiutato anche a tarda sera. Ci ha anche offerto delle bottiglie di acqua fresca. Consigliato!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was amazing and central to everything we wanted to do in Venice. I would recommend anyone interested in staying here to read every word of the listing and the instructions/house rules. The flat has an AMAZING view - on the top floor of a building with no lift. The listing clearly spelled this out, and we were not surprised. For us, it was worth the view. I would not stay here if anyone has mobility issues, or if you plan to have lots of heavy luggage. The rooms are exactly how they appear in the photos. If you look closely, though, you will notice that several doors, including to the main bedroom and to both bathrooms are made of a beautiful decorative glass. This feature really helps the space feel bright and open. But it also significantly decreases privacy. Again, a trade-off. Lastly, you are asked to empty the trash, to outside the building, only during a 4h window each morning - impossible if you have an early flight. But we loved it!

Check-in and check-out was easy and simple. Code was sent about 40 minutes before check-in time. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. great space for 4 people, as was my group. Great house appliances and facilities. Host sent tips about getting around in the city. Location is near to supermarket (Alí and LIDL) and Mestre train station. Easy to reach Veneza by bus, at a fare of €1.50 (Buses 6 and 6L, about 20 minutes journey). Bus travels can easily be paid by contactless card or buying ticket at some point of sales (The host indicate one near the apartment). We had issues with shower water temperature, which was a bit unstable (mainly if many people have shower in sequence)

The most tranquil little spot, with 2 amazing terraces, overlooking the tiled rooftops of the city - blissful!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!
