Eine wunderschöne alleinstehende Villa in einem privaten Ferienhauskomplex mit mehreren Terrassen und atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer zu allen Seiten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man bis nach Korsika gucken und hat den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor sich über dem Meer. Sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Strände in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Vor Ort ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und mit dem Gastgeber Alessandro eine sehr gute und reibungslose Kommunikation. Wir haben unsere Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern dort sehr genossen! Ein toller Familien-Ort!

Barbara et sa famille habite en dessous du logement, ils ont été très gentils avec nous et ont été constemment à notre disposition pour toutes demandes. Merci pour leur accueil, la villa est très belle et très propre. Très bon séjour.

What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

Maison au calme à quelques minutes à pied d'une jolie plage (prendre le petit sentier qui longe la mer sur la droite pour accéder à des plages encore plus jolies) et à proximité de restaurants. Localisation idéale pour visiter les plus belles plages.

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

INCROYABLE! Une villa super bien agencée! Coup de Cœur 🫶!! Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants dont 2 en bas âge. Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau et WC ! Les lits sont ferme, les draps et fournis, ainsi que les serviettes de douche. Il y a une énorme table ronde pour la convivialité dans le salon ainsi qu'une grande cuisine ! Un emplacement idéal ! Pas de bruit de route, comme caché dans la nature et à proximité d'un Utile (même pas 5 min a pied) et du centre ville/port de bonifacio (15 minutes à pieds). La citadelle est accessible également à pied (ca grimpe un peu mais une vue magnifique!), une bonne 30 aine de minutes à pied. Une aire de jeu et un marché (mardi et vendredi il me semble). Un petit train part du port jusqu'a citadelle pratique et ludique! Pas mal de rando à proximité (voiture !), les plages sont magnifiques (vérifier le vent 😉!), PortoVecchio à 30 minutes en voiture et bastia 2h20. Bref, on le recommande ++++! Toute la famille a adoré de 7 mois à 60 ans!

Le logement de Filippo se situe dans un environnement exceptionnel. Quelle vue de la terrasse! Quel calme! La maison en elle-même, très bien équipée, est spacieuse et dispose d'un espace extérieur vraiment très agréable. C'est un havre de paix. Le petit bémol est que deux des chambres nous ont paru très humides, et il faut savoir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable, chose que nous avons découverte après en avoir bu - c'est cependant indiqué dans le manuel de la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, trop court, chez Filippo qui est un hôte attentionné et nous recommandons vivement sa maison.

This home is a retreat from the big city bustle but also an escape from crowds and resorts. While everyone is packed at Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo, you have a newly renovated home isolated on a beautiful mountain side! Cannot stress enough how serene it was (even with 3 kids (1,8,10). The pool provided ultimate entertainment in the morning while preparing breakfast; the lawn was ideal for stretching/yoga or paddle ball. Location: recommend a car/motorcycle as it is 10-15 min away from grocery store/restaurants (but this is not a negative). You are 15 minutes from San Pantaleo (true original Sardinian Village) which you can also reach by hiking 4 miles over Punta Cugnana. Arzachena is 15km NW from here and has the non tourist grocery store and shops. Olbia, Porto Cervo + Rotundo, Palau, etc are all within 30 minutes! Cala Gonone and Baunei coast 90 minutes. Stintino 2hrs. Location is 10/10. AC works very well in every room as do all amenities. Washing machine was great!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Das absolut geniale an der Villa ist die Aussicht. Zu jeder Tageszeit einfach nur wunderschön! Wir haben husammen mit einer anderen Familie 1 Woche Gerien in der Villa verbracht und der viele Platz (drinnen und draussen) ist ein riesen Mehrwert! Der Pool ist nicht geheizt, was ihn im Oktober dann je nach Wetter nicht mehr so benutzbar macht. Generell ist es für Frühling/Oktober ratsam zusätzlich ducke Socken/Pulli mitzunehmen, da die Villa nicht geheizt ist und es auf der windausgesetzten Seite ist. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist am Anfang etwas ein Challenge, da die Zufahrt zur Villa sehr eng ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Tres bel endroit Maison aux pieds de l'eau Eaux limpides mais plages un peu rocailleuses. un peu loin de commerces mais magnifique paysage.

Very nice area, the pool is beautiful with an amazing view and the staff is super friendly! The bartender was amazing, very accommodating and full of great recommendations. There is a nice trail that goes to town and takes about 20mins by foot which we loved. You can also take it back up, but it will be dark at night so bring a flashlight if you plan on it! We always felt very safe.

Klimatyczna willa pełna udogodnień. W pobliżu znajdują się piękne plaże. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z właścicielem i masa poleceń lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Miły upominek na przywitanie i rodzinka żółwi, która skradła nasze serce. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Die Villa in Palau ist sensationell und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen! Sara ist ein zuvorkommender und verlässlicher Host. Die Villa ist rund 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind top und schön eingerichtet, das Highlight ist aber der private Pool im eigenen Garten!

Super accueil de jean Pierre et Nicolas , la maison et confortable et très bien équipée , piscine juste à côté au top … n’hésitez pas !

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

This was our family’s first visit to Corsica. As you can imagine, we are in love with the people and island. We look to come back in the very near future. Dominique and her point of contact Thomas, were amazing. We felt so comfortable. The people of Corsica and the island have been the best kept secret. I wish I would’ve explored this paradise sooner. The food, the wine, the pride and kindness of the people, is intoxicating. À bientôt!

Wir waren für 11 Nächte an der Costa Paradiso. Der Check-Inn mit Mariacarla verlief reibungslos, mit den übermittelten GPS-Koordinaten haben wir das Haus problemlos gefunden. Der Empfang war herzlich. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und für einen Urlaub zu dritt perfekt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Pool ist klasse. Mariacarla war eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, hat sich sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, zum erholen ideal. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto um einzukaufen, zum Strand zu kommen etc. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden sofort wieder bei Mariacarla Urlaub machen.

Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Hôtes qu'on recommande les yeux fermés ! Disponibles, de bons conseils, accueillants, logement conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé ! Logement au calme, superbe terrasse et piscine (même si la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter en ce début du mois d'avril), à proximité de très belles plages, randonnées, commerces, etc. Si l'envie de revenir en Corse du Sud nous vient un jour, nous reviendrons forcément par ici ! En tout cas, nous partagerons votre adresse à nos proches !

Two words: amazing view! Even just for that we highly recommend this place. Besides the breathtaking view on the sea and the town from the hill where we we’re situated, the house was very cute and cozy, the pool was clean. The host has welcomed us with a remarkable bottle of local white wine, which was the final touch to make us feel right at home
