Portobello : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

L'appartement de Dan et Alex est agencé et décoré avec goût, il est cosy et accueillant. La vue depuis le logement est époustouflante et incroyable, c est vraiment son point fort. L'acces rapide à la gare est également un grand atout. L emplacement est idéal pour profiter du calme et de la plage. Les hotes sont attentionnés et prevenant. Nous avons été enchantés par notre sejour en Ecosse et nous prevoyons déjà notre prochaine visite :) Un grand merci à nos hôtes !

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

Had a lovely stay for a couple of nights. Very comfortable and Elaine was very good at keeping in contact. Id highly recommend.

A Gem of a place. Everything we wanted.Catherine was a super host. If you’re arriving by train about a 10 to 15 minute walk through the lovely town. Very close to a beautiful beach walk especially in the frost.

very comfortable flat. Great location handy for restaurants, pubs and transport into Edinburgh. Great views of the 3 bridges.

Had a fabulous long weekend at the Puffin Burrow. Perfectly located just across from the beach and a few minutes walk to some great places to eat in town. We loved sitting in the window watching the sea with a glass of wine or cup of coffee (depending on the time of day!) A great base for exploring North Berwick and once we’d parked we didn’t move the car until we left. Walked from our door along the coast to Tantallon Castle and the cliff top Drift cafe (recommended!) as well as to the top of the Law for a great view. Slept well in the very comfy bed after enjoying the sea air.

Douglas has a lovely apartment, which we used for a short family visit to the Fife coast. Great to look out of the window onto the sea, while warm and cosy inside. Plenty to see and do up and down the coast during the day using Anstruther as an evening retreat for a meal and a drink.

Het was een fijn appartement voor een goeie prijs. Het ligt in een schattig klein dorpje met een leuke pub, restaurant en bakkerijtje. Een leuke stop voor als je de coast hike aan het doen bent!

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Leanne was a great host. She was always available to answer to us. The apartment was immaculate. As Uber doesn't work is that area, Leanne hooked us up with a taxi service. Thank was a life saver. We would love to stay there whenever we return to Edinburgh.

We had a wonderful stay , lovely place , very comfortable , fantastic views of the beach , would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Garden House. The location was brilliant and the house had everything we could need for a short stay. Lovely garden also and we can imagine a stay in summer months would be even better! Would definitely return. Ann was a great host also.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Alison’s for Christmas. A lovely cozy place to spend the holiday looking at the sea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking roast dinner. Alison made us feel at home by putting out Christmas decorations and a Christmas card! She was very communicative sending instructions and Hive heating schedule in advance. Already looking forward to staying again.

Thank you so much to Gary for letting us stay at his lovely home. Communication was great in regards to checking in and the place was spotlessly clean! A great location with the best of both worlds being close to a beach and also not too far from the centre of Edinburgh. Great amenities within the area and especially enjoyed the portabello tap pub just around the corner! We really loved the little homely touches and felt very comfortable in the house, would 100% stay again. Thank you

We had a fabulous family weekend at Antonia's place to celebrate a special birthday. The house was amazing, lovely big rooms and plenty of space for grandchildren to explore. The house was warm, bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms/ showers room were good. The kitchen area was great, lots of space for food preparation. Antonia is an excellent host. Super communication which makes a huge difference. Thank you.

The host was very helpful and the apartment was great and as described. Quiet neighborhood, playground/park area by the beach 5 mins away from the flat - it was perfect for us. also great transport connection for Edinburgh

Fantastic place by the water, great location for going in and out of town. Very spacious and exactly what we needed as a family of 4. Karen was super responsive and very helpful, added bonus was the cot and high chair which meant we didnt need to load ourselves up with equipment travelling from down South!

A perfect location within easy walking distance to the golf club, Gullane beach and local pubs and eateries. The apartment was extremely clean and has been maintained to a high & modern standard.

My mum and I stayed at Karen’s apartment as we were working in the local area. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Comfortable, cosy but spacious and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay. There was a great welcome pack with loads of useful information but also Karen messaged to welcome us on arrival and gave us some recommendations for eating out, which we chose to do and we were not disappointed. The local pub and restaurant ‘The Crusoe’ was just across the road and we had a fantastic meal there, just what we needed to recharge after a busy day! The village Lower Largo was such a beautiful area and the apartment was located in the heart of the village and a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beach. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to explore the area but are planning to return in the near future for sure and wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else! 👌

My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Victoria's apartment in Dalgety Bay. It was a fab place, had everything you needed, just like being at home. Victoria even provided a much appreciated welcome pack, including milk, bread, biscuits, crisps and cereals. The cupboards had salt n pepper, oil, coffee, sugar. All the kind of things you'd have to buy as extras. Tea towels and cloths, cleaning materials, all were there to use if needed. The heating was easy to use, all radiators are electric, with digital thermostat controls. The bathroom was lovely, powerful electric shower in the bath with a heater on the wall. The apartment itself is set within a housing development, with houses and apartments side by side. It's a very attractive area and the coastal path runs right alongside it. There are supermarkets and petrol station's within 5/10 minutes drive and a lovely restaurant called The Compass, right next to the BP garage/M&S food, which we ate in one night. Very friendly staff.

Great apartment in a good location close to public transport, and a short taxi drive to the city centre. Would recommend.

Very nice apartment in a nice location of the city. There were three of us - a far better option than staying in a hotel! The living room and kitchen area was great to hang out
