Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und zentrale Lage, wodurch alle attraktiven Orte der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Sarah war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Sie hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben später abzureisen, als ursprünglich geplant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

Che dire, appartamento bellissimo! Corrisponde esattamente alle foto e alla descrizione, fornito in ogni minima cosa, dalla cucina alle stoviglie, ai piccoli essenziali come olio, caffè, zucchero ecc.. Molto pulito e ordinato. L’appartamento è una mansarda sopra l’appartamento di Tuccia, quindi per ogni evenienza lei è sempre disponibile e reattiva. Offre una zona esterna con due terrazzi meravigliosi dove rilassarsi e ammirare a 360 gradi il panorama stupendo! Dista 2 minuti a piedi da un stupendo litorale di 12 km di sabbia dorata e finissima. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni come Noto, Modica, Marzamemi, PortoPalo.. Tuccia e il marito sono stati gentilissimi fin da subito, cordiali e disponibili in tutto. Che dire quindi, speriamo tantissimo di rivederci e di tornare in questo nell’appartamento! Grazie di tutto 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here. The downstairs apartment is simple and very clean with two simple but peaceful bedrooms. The kitchen has a great fridge freezer, gas cooker and area to prepare meals or bbq food if you fancy cooking at home. There is an inside table but we spent all our time outside at the two seating areas, both shaded, one outside the door and the other up beside the pool. The garden area was fantastic for an early morning coffee before you walk the 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. We spent lazy lunches sitting on the upper table area and then having fun playing in the pool, which was clean and larger than we expected. The owners were welcoming and made us feel very relaxed, making this a great place to base ourselves to explore the island. We can’t recommend it enough, especially the outside areas.

Dejlig lejlighed med stor terrasse lige ned til en flot sand strand. Der var rent og pænt, og ved ankomst stod en kurv med lidt varer klar, samt vand og juice i køleskabet👍 Vi havde lidt problemer med at finde adressen, da GPS viste os vej til et hotel på samme vej med samme nummer, som angivet. Værten var dig hurtig til at komme og hente os og vise vej.

We hebben echt een super fijne ervaring gehad hier! Op airbnb raden ze aan om hun te contacteren 2/3 dagen van te voren op whats app om de sleuteloverdracht te regelen. Dit was in ons geval niet nodig, ze namen de avond van te voren met ons contact op. We hebben een tijd afgesproken en ze gaven al veel tips over parkeren, etenstentjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Super leuk! Locatie is top! De accommodatie zelf was prachtig! heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het huis heeft een automatisch sluitsysteem vanaf binnen. Dit geeft je ook een extra veilig gevoel. We konden streamen naar de tv en Netflix en youtube stonden er ook op, super fijn! De bank zat heel goed, het bed lag lekker, de keuken was goed! En de badkamer was ook fantastisch. Heerlijke douche!! Hou er alleen rekening mee dat je je eigen afval weg moet gooien. Dit waren wij niet gewend en hebben het in een openbare prullenbak gegooid. Ik raad zeker aan om hier te verblijven. Het was voor ons veelste kort!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, das Highlight ist das Zimmer oben mit Panoramablick über die Stadt. Wirklich etwas besonderes! Zudem wurden wir super lieb empfangen, und tolle Kommunikation. Danke !!

Anna and Santo's place is perfectly located in Ortigia. Everything is close by. The central bus station of Siracusa is about 15-20 minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious. There was a damp smell, but I guess it's because it's on an island and the buildings are old. Everything was fine with the heating and hot water. The roof terrace is exceptional, although we couldn't use it due to the cold weather. Santo and Anna were waiting for us and welcomed us. They were very kind and caring hosts. They also recommended some delicious places to eat. Thank you ❤️

We would definitely stay here again! The location was great, you are literally in the heart of Ortigia. The photos posted are exactly what the place looks like (clean, modern and spacious) The host was very helpful, he responded to all my random questions quickly. I highly recommend staying here!!

Maria Novella and Federico were wonderful hosts, they made us feel very welcome in this gorgeous apartment and provided great recommendations. It is situated in a private area which means it is so peaceful. We could access the beach really easily where we could sit by the sea or swim. The apartment is very cute, everything you need is there and the views of Etna and the sound of the waves makes you feel so calm and content. As described in the listing it is important that you hire a car to access the apartment but we found this very good because it meant it was easier to explore. Maria, Federico, thank you so much - I hope we can visit again!

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

Appartamento davvero grazioso, molto curato e pulitissimo. La terrazza è stata molto utile in quanto ne abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci all'aria aperta dato che le temperature lo permettevano. Anche la zona è molto comada e non abbiamo avuto mai difficolatà a trovare parcheggio. Silvia è stata molto precisa con le indicazione e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

Clean; comfortable (AC, stove, microwave, hot/cold water...everything worked); centrally located with easy access to bars, banks, walking distance from train/bus, lots of quality things to do w/in walking distance; and most importantly, communicative and caring hosts (thanks for the cookies and bottled water). Do heed the instructions for getting in the building and turning on electricity. Oh yeah, and the stairs to the pad and the bedroom may be challenging for some--good for those who want to offset all the good eating.

This place is in the heart of Noto, amazing host and structure felt super comfy, definitely a suggestion!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette très belle demeure qui est au coeur du village de Modica (a couper le souffle). Lorenzo nous a tres sympathiquement accueilli et a été force de proposition pour les choix de visites et de restaurants au alentours. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ce logement magnifique et paisible !

Fabrizio’s apartment is real gem, beautiful design and thought through details through out all the apartment. Felt cozy and really homey. Romantic and super inspiring. Apartment has an amazing private terrace with sun chairs, dining tables and jacuzzi with magnificent view to the cathedral and town. The Jacuzzi is not actually a hot tub so its not the most comfortable to use in the colder months. Great location, walking distance to all restaurants and sightseeing spots in town. Highly recommended!

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Prachtige plek met alle nodige voorzieningen en meer. De faciliteiten (zwembad, bubbelbad en barbecue) konden we 24/7 gebruikt worden. Ideaal. Appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Roberto en Erik zijn zeer vriendelijk en gaven ons de nodige tips. Je hebt genoeg privacy en met een auto is er veel moois in de omgeving te ontdekken, of per fiets die je gratis mocht gebruiken. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful apartament, located in a beautiful town. Very quiet, clean with a gum and swimming pool jacuzzi at disposal. Wonderful host, very helpful and comunicative. We will be returning soon and will reccomend to all of our loved ones. Thank you for having us

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!
