Portorož : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Valentina's place was a perfect base for our family of 5 adults during our visit to Potoroz/Piran. Our host met us at check-in and let us know how we could best see the area. Our veranda overlooked the Adriatic Sea......and the Promenade on Potoroz Beach is a 7 minute walk from the cottage. On-site parking was terrific and the bus(1.5 Euro) to Piran(driving to this pedestrian town isn't worth it) is just a 6 minute walk away. The spa(Sauna/Massage) was minutes away as well. The cottage had spacious bedrooms.....a full kitchen and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Valentina allowed us a later check-out so we could enjoy a little more time in Potoroz which was much appreciated. I strongly recommend Valentina's place if you're looking for comfort....convenience........and charm!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Great place to stay, ample space for groups up to 8 people. Very well maintained and the hostess Doris & Mom are super nice. Perfect location, walking distance to the Beach, Restaurants, Cafe's & Gelaterias. Just a couple of minutes drive to Piran which is super nice to see.

Very beautiful house with sea view, specious, complementary parking, very professionally managed. Host is flexible to give early check in as it was available and came to meet us. Cleaning is as you can expect, full kitchen and nice feel when you are at house. Only challenge is to go and come back from central as it is steep up/ downhill so if you are not willing to walk take care. I am my family enjoyed this place will definitely recommend.

Ein großartiger Gastgeber, der uns einen tollen Einblick in die Herstellung seines Weins geben konnte. Auch die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war schnell und ohne Probleme.

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at Tatjana’s beautiful Airbnb. The instructions were very easy and Tatjana was very friendly/communicative in helping us arrive with no issues. The location is beautiful and the apartment was absolutely stunning! We particularly love the view with the patio/seating area and had a lovely evening. Thank you very much Tatjana and we would definitely love to stay again!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the old town (10-15min). i stayed with my mom, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has one parking space, which was important for me because Grado is famous for crowded parking spaces :). Overall, ou stay was great!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Aussicht von der Terasse auf die Salinen von Seča ost wundervoll. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich ein äusserst gutes Restaurant. Auch ist die Gegend wunderschön um spazieren zu gehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schön groß und modern. War alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! This is a Gorgeous place. The view is stunning! The house is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable the sauna was very relaxing. The location is great, a short taxi ride from Trieste. It's possible to walk down to the sea in about 20mins (we didn't try walking up again though!) & close to the Napoleonic trail with wonderful views. The communication was always quick and easy. We were met by the friendly and very helpful Petra who lived nearby. Everything was very easy. We were sad to leave and would love to return one day!

We spend wondefull week in this village house. Especially we enjoyed long mornings and evenings sitting outside the house under the tree. The house is new renovated and very comfortable. Also the village is very nice, just several km from the sea. Our host Igor was very nice and friendly. We can definitely recommed this accomodation to everyone. Zuzana and Marek

Appartement agréable à vivre, d'une propreté irréprochable, correspondant à la description. Tout le nécessaire était présent. Accès facile en voiture sur la côte et région du Karst. A 10 min en voiture de Koper. Nous pouvons cependant noter quelques nuisances sonores sur le matin. En global, nous recommandons ce logement !

Hôte très accueillant, logement spacieux, agréable, calme, confortable et la terrasse vue mer est un grand plus appréciable et très propre, tout était plus que parfait, et le petit plus : la place de parking juste devant, merci

Alles wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage für Hundestrand (knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Relativ ruhig und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Auto kann man gut parken.

Sandi est une hôte très sympathique. Son logement est bien entretenu et conforme au descriptif. Depuis le jardin arboré, attirant les oiseaux (mésanges, geai), il y a une belle vue sur la mer.

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Apartment Vita je bilo izredno čisto in prostorno. Veliko boljše kot v opisu in na slikah. Je zelo dobro opremljeno in je ponujalo vse in še več kot smo potrebovali. Gostitelj je bil komunikativen in hitro odziven. Definitivno ena najboljših Airbnb izkušenj kar smo jih imeli. Z veseljem bi vsem priporočili in zagotovo se bomo še vrnili.

wir hatten 10 wunderbaren Tage in Andrej's Wohnung. die Terrasse ist ein Traum um zu Frühstücken oder am Abend noch zu lesen etc. die Umgebung war bei uns sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr klug ausgedachte und gestaltetes Raumkonzept in dem wir uns schnell sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt haben. Andrej hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell geholfen. die Anfahrt war für uns mit dem Auto zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem, da wir ein sehr kleines Auto haben. wenn man noch einen Kinderwagen braucht ist ein kleines leichtes Modell praktischer, da die Stufen recht eng sind um einen kinderwagen in die Wohnung zu tragen. wir haben den Aufenthalt im ganzen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Unglaublich sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um wirklich alles. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Danke für die bezaubernde Wohnung, die abseits vom Trubel in Triest liegt und wo sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen kann. Gerne wieder!

L'appartamento e' come viene descritto nella scheda. C'e' tutto quello che serve per la vacanza. La cucina e' piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottime anche le dotazioni presenti incluse le cialde per il caffe'. Letto comodo, un po' piccoli i cuscini, ma se come noi ti porti quelli da casa il problema non si pone! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e le coperte erano insufficienti per poter dormire al caldo. Abbiamo acquistato una coperta in piu' e cosi' non c'e' stato problema. Consiglio di dotare l'appartamento di una seconda coperta nel caso in cui faccia freddo come in dicembre/gennaio. Ottimo il parcheggio per l'auto, riparato e chiuso sotto il condominio. Gentile l'assitente che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato come utilzzare l'accesso al condominio e poi le dotazioni di casa. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per 2 persone.
