Portoscuso : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Il paese sebbene un po' disastrato dal punto di vista urbanistico è in una splendida posizione . L'appartamento è spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario. La vista che si ha sul mare è molto bella. Un terrazzo è a disposizione sul piano della cucina dove si può tranquillamente cenare e godere il tramonto. Claudio e Francesca non erano presenti ma una parente ci ha accolto al check-in e check-out dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e ordinato con ottima vista. Giardino attrezzato con griglia, gazebo perfetto per passare una serata all'aria aperta. Alessandro sempre disponibile e molto gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Wir wurden herzlich von Morena, der Tochter der Gastgeber, empfangen. Sie hatte für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von etwas Süßem, Olivenöl und Schnaps vorbereitet und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Außerdem gab sie uns zahlreiche tolle Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants – alle waren wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft konnten wir leicht verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen, und die nahegelegenen Strände zählen zu den schönsten, die ich je besucht habe. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

Excellent séjour chez Angelo chez qui nous avons été très bien accueilli. Logement spacieux pour notre famille de 5 avec une superbe piscine, espace extérieur pour les repas dans la verdure, nous n’avons pas vu passer le temps !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal für 4 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Strand gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Marco für die guten Tipps zu den Restaurants in der Umbegung. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht! Grazie!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Valentina. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet, sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Umgebung (es sind nur ein paar Häuser), etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Man muss da mal gewesen sein, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

We felt really at home and welcomed at Cynthia's place. The apartment has so much character and pretty details, which made it a lot nicer than other holiday lets or airbnbs. Cynthia was kind and helpful and we enjoyed the beautiful location, so near the village's port and coastline.

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

We loved living there! We spent 5 days and really enjoyed the fantastic terrace and the swimming pool, almost for ourselves most of the time! The house is really nice but the terrace and the garden, as well as the pool, are just amazing! The house is very close to amazing beaches, lots of them, and Teresa recommended us very good ones. The village of Sant Anna is really small but you can ding a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Teresa was really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place to families! We’d be happy to come back!❤️

Portoscuso è un paesino meraviglioso in quella regione - Sardegna - che io da italiano vivente in Germania definisco il paradiso italiano. La casa di Chiara e Livio è in un posto mozzafiato, a pochissimi metri da un mare meraviglioso, super tranquillo, da sogno! La casa è anche fantastica, non manca nulla, ha un fascino marittimo incredibile! L’interazione coi proprietari anche perfetta, gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili! Grazie tantissimo per questa vacanza da sogno!

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

We had amazing stay at Barbara’s apartment. She has well prepared stay with little gifts for us and for the kids. She also informed us in advance with clear instructions which was easy to follow. It is 100% worth it to stay at her place. We really loved the big spaces and the style of the house with a little secret garden.

Tutto molto bello. Accoglienza top con piena disponibilità nonostante un nostro cambio di orario non comunicato con il giusto preavviso. Appartamwnto bello con un discreto spazio all’aperto. Se non si è troppo sportivi però è necessaria la macchina per qualunque spostamento - ma la cosa per noi è stata tutt’altro che un problema. Parcheggio privato dedicato all’appartamento.

Appartamento sicuramente consigliato, ben ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i servizi. Tutto comodo e adattissimo a una famiglia da 4 persone. Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto e il climatizzatore presente nella zona giorno è stato un bel plus; la camera matrimoniale era in alcuni casi un po’ calda. C’è anche il posto auto davanti alla porta di casa, da noi non utilizzato però perché la nostra auto è particolarmente bassa e il marciapiede non troppo agevole, ma nessun problema a trovare parcheggio vicino. Per la spesa c’è un comodo supermercato esattamente di fronte. A piedi si raggiunge il mare in pochi minuti, ma per le spiagge é necessario prendere l’auto. La casa è ottimamente collegata alle principali strade per girare tutta l’isola.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Il soggiorno è stato è stato molto piacevole, Corrado è un host disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei suoi affittuari. Ci ha fornito chiare indicazioni sui luoghi più belli da visitare e sulle attrazioni più significative nelle vicinanze. La casa è bellissima dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e di ampi spazi esterni; il prezzo vale assolutamente l’ alloggio proposto, dovessimo tornare in zona penseremo sicuramente a Corrado!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

La casa si trova al centro di Sant'Antioco , a due passi si ha veramente tutto e, con la possibilità' di girare tutte le spiagge della meravigliosa Isola.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
