The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto spazioso e completo di qualsiasi cosa possa servire per una piacevole vacanza. Non manca davvero nulla: dalla cucina super attrezzata fino alle dotazioni per la spiaggia come teli mare, ombrelloni, sedie e sdraio. La posizione è molto tranquilla, vicino al porticciolo turistico e al lungomare, offre la possibilità di avere tutto a portata di pochi metri: ristoranti, supermercato, gelateria e anche il centro di Sant'Antioco è raggiungibile con pochi passi. La casa si trova anche in un buon punto di partenza per visitare tutto il territorio del Sulcis e le spiagge del Sud, da Porto Pino a Teulada, a Su Giudeu. Mariano è stato gentilissimo e super accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ... sono ancora adesso stupito per le tante prelibatezze che ci ha fatto trovare all'arrivo. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato per 10 notti e siamo stati splendidamente. Super consigliatissimo!!!!

This was a business trip for us and the venue was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were responsive to enquiries. We hadn’t remembered the additional charge for use of the 2nd bedroom and that we needed to pay cash. It was difficult to find an ATM with cash

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

We had a wonderful stay in Sant’Antioco. The apartment is perfect for two people, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. Francesco is a kind and attentive host, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Ho potuto fare il checkin in anticipo, senza problemi. Ottima comunicazione e a richiesta consigli e info molto utili sulle spiagge. Posizione ottima, poco fuori dal centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nell'appartamento ho trovato tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo.

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

We felt really at home and welcomed at Cynthia's place. The apartment has so much character and pretty details, which made it a lot nicer than other holiday lets or airbnbs. Cynthia was kind and helpful and we enjoyed the beautiful location, so near the village's port and coastline.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Portoscuso è un paesino meraviglioso in quella regione - Sardegna - che io da italiano vivente in Germania definisco il paradiso italiano. La casa di Chiara e Livio è in un posto mozzafiato, a pochissimi metri da un mare meraviglioso, super tranquillo, da sogno! La casa è anche fantastica, non manca nulla, ha un fascino marittimo incredibile! L’interazione coi proprietari anche perfetta, gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili! Grazie tantissimo per questa vacanza da sogno!

Een mooie locatie, mooie uitzicht, vlakbij het strand . Super schoon en goede bedden. Maria is heel aardig en reageert direct als we vragen hebben. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

La casa di Giuseppe è fantastica. La posizione è perfetta. Letto molto comodo, cuscini molto comodi, abbiamo trovato molti prodotti cosmetici di ottima qualità nel bagno + vini sardi in omaggio. Offre un'atmosfera come se fossi a casa.. siamo trovati benissimo, grazie Giuseppe 🤗

L appartamento si presenta accessoriato e pulitissimo in una zona molto tranquilla.. avevamo bisogno di un posto tranquillo e rilassante dove passare le vacanze e l abbiamo trovato ..la sera dormire con il suono del mare che è attaccato alla casa ci è piaciuto molto.. ottima esperienza .. Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

Frederico was incredibly helpful from making sure we landed on time to meeting us to help us with our luggage. After showing us the best local breakfast around, he was kind enough to give my husband a ride back to the airport to pick up our rental car. From making sure our WiFi was working correctly for us to making sure the kitchen was stocked with basics, he did everything possible to make our stay seamless. The apartment was spotless and in an exciting and lively area full of restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk to museums and the seashore. I rate Frederico and his apartment five stars. He answered every question we had and also helped us understand the parking app which was a bit complicated! Great stay!!

come ormai ogni anno abbiamo trascorso un week end sull isola e quest anno abbiamo scelto l alloggio di Domenico, ci siamo trovati molto bene: zona centralissima da cui puoi arrivare a piedi in ogni zona del paese, check in e check out semplici e da effettuare in autonomia, struttura super accogliente dotata di tutto il necessario. consigliatissimo.

Очень приятные хозяева. Были на связи 24/7. Поделились своим путеводителем, куда сходить / что посмотреть. Готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Отвечают в течении 5 минут. Квартира чистая, новая. Есть всё что нужно, и даже маленькая кофе машина с капсулами ))) Немного удивила сковорода когда жарили яичницу , очень долго нагревалась)) Наверное она не совсем подходит для этой плиты, но это мелочи. Думали что она не в самом центре, но расположение хорошее. Всюду ходили пешком за минут 5-20 доходили до любой части центра города. В последний день нам нужно было выехать значительно позже времени выселения, хозяева разрешили без каких либо проблем. Мы работали из квартиры, интернет был хороший. Так же плюсом было смарт телевизор.

Agréable séjour en période de fin d'année (22/12 au 04/01) dans ce logement bien fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous étions à Cagliari pour accompagner notre fille qui séjourne en Sardaigne dans le cadre d'Erasmus. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus très appréciable. Le voisinage est calme et la plage à proximité permet les promenades quotidiennes. Martina et Daniele nous ont offert le traditionnel panettone à la vielle de Noël. Nous avons bien apprécié ! Bonne Année à eux !!
