Pear Tree Cottage was perfect for our extended family holiday. Able to accomodate two families with ease and all having ample room. Clean and homely, swimming pool was heated and the tennis court with ball machine was excellent. Plenty of walks around the area with the village only a 5 minute drive. If you would like peace and privacy with fantastic views then Pear Tree Cottage it is. Gardens in superb condition and looked after extremely well.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

Emily & Daniel were wonderful, welcoming hosts. The house and outside space was beautiful, excellent facilities, with use of the pool for a glorious cold water swim. Very peaceful, with the hosts own home close, it created a safety aspect for me and my family. We are definitely hoping to come back soon-warmer months for more pool time, only wish it was open more in the summer months. Thanks so much for having us. See you soon.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

We were looking for a rural city break weekend with close friends and couldn't have found anywhere more fitting. Charlotte's cottage was perfect. couldn't recommend it enough. thank you!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Calley went above and beyond to make her home beautiful and clean but was very surprised at the attention to detail with the tastefully prepared Christmas decorations and cooking ingredients in the pantry. Her home felt very homely and really gave my family a perfect Christmas away. We are all very well rested and I will highly recommend her home to any family who would appreciate a home away from home. 10/10 thanks Calley for letting us stay at your lovely home, we hope to be back in the near future.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

The house was very close to the seafront and in an ideal location for all our hen do activities. The house was the perfect space for the number of guests. Everyone had a fun time and a good night’s sleep!

Allan and Toni were perfect hosts, from the moment they accepted our last minute booking they were more than happy to provide helpful information that made our trip a breeze. Their house is beautiful and in a stunning whitewashed street with views of the channel. Very easy to walk into town and with lovely local pubs and restaurants. They provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially as we had an early start for the Brighton Half Marathon. I would 100% recommend them as hosts to anyone!

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

We had a lovely stay at the mews house, it was so comfortable and an amazing location in Worthing. House itself was modern and spacious, Shannon was super responsive with any questions we had. We particularly liked that it was surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and just a 2 minute walk to the seafront! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

2nd time staying and Julia was so kind to leave some essentials in the fridge for us knowing we had a long drive ahead of us.

I booked this for a friends 40th as it offered a great communal space where we could all gather for food , drinks and games. The kitchen / dinner was fab and look exactly like a picture. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and communication was good throughout. We had a great time and enjoyed the space.

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

Such a beautiful house in perfectly peaceful surroundings. Victoria was a great host and we would definitely love to come back again.

Nick's place was a delightful place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. The house is charming and homely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from nice cafes, the local shops and the beach. Brighton was busy and Nick's place felt like a welcome haven away from the busy centre of Brighton. Nick is a thoughtful, kind host and we would be delighted to come again.

Staying at Goldhill was pleasant. The hosts were lovely, hospitable and flexible as we extended our stay a few times. Goldhill felt like home, we had a few issues but the hosts resolved them quickly. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway then Goldhill is the place for you. The garden is beautiful and had the weather been better we would have thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall a lovely stay.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Lovely place, very comfortable for 4 adults, had everything we needed. Super clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the easy one hour walk to Brighton alongside the beach.
