Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We stayed here with a good of friends for a get together and it was the perfect location to meet and chat. It’s a lovely cosy home close to the sea. Andrea was super helpful. Thank you!

We booked a very last minute trip to Brighton and Gabby kindly accommodated us. She was super helpful prior to booking and allowed us to drop off our bags and park the car before check-in, which was a huge help. After a fun day on the pier we arrived back at Gabby's cottage to find milk, bread and butter waiting for us. The house was spotlessly clean and it smelled amazing - we loved the decor too, especially all the plants! We all slept soundly as the beds were so comfortable and it was really peaceful and cosy inside. The location was ideal for us and an easy walk to the seafront. Gabby was a fantastic host - very responsive, flexible and helpful. We would love to spend more time at this beautiful Airbnb and plan to return in the future.

Had a great stay at the Lavender barn. Hot tub was great and kitchen utensils too. Heated floor was a huge bonus too. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous barn with beautiful finishes. Three things I value most in a stay are soft lighting, quality kitchen utensils and views. This stay had all of these.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

As soon as I went through the door on arrival I felt at home. I didn't want to leave on the last morning. Everything was there that you could possibly need.

Had a fantastic stay here! The space was clean, bright, and very peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. The views over the lake were stunning, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight—so relaxing! The location was also great, as we could get an Uber to the city centre for just £10-£15. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing break and would love to come back!

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at the Sett - very peaceful and perfect for a few days to disconnect. It was easy to find and Martin greated us at the car. All the facilities are lovely and clean and the log burner was fab and made the cabin so lovely and warm. We had a lovely walk in ashdown forest which is only 15 mins away!

We were most impressed with the beautiful furnishings and excellent kitchen and bathroom in the loft. Although it is compact, the loft is very well equipped and has been newly refurbished. The cotton bedsheets and fluffy towels were especially appreciated. Amanda had provided some shortbread on arrival and a fine selection of teas. When I message her to say I needed a magnifying mirror, she appeared with one, in the blink of an eye! The Jolly Sportsman is a short walk away but a torch is provided for your stroll back along the country lane. Thank you for a very comfortable and peaceful stay Amanda.

Such a lovely stay at the Cabin - booked really last minute and it was a perfect stay. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, loads of little extras that I really wasn’t expecting like eggs in the fridge, biscuits, chocolate! Frankie and Jonathan kindly lit the hot tub ready for my arrival and did this the next day too (great because I’m not great at getting a fire lit!). It was lovely relaxing with the fairy lights of an evening. Walks immediately from the cabin were really great too. Frankie and Jonathan were so kind, really responsive to messages and really friendly for a quick chat. I would really love to return to the cabin again some time!

Ik verbleef een week bij Elizabeth om de omgeving te bekijken en vrienden te bezoeken uit de tijd dat ik au pair was in de regio. Bij Elizabeth was alles netjes en alles was aanwezig om hier een week te kunnen wonen, een huis van thuis. Fijn waren de melk in de koelkast, een voorraadje chocola en ontbijtgranen, koffie etc. en lekkers bij aankomst, heel attent. Wifi en Neflix waren uitstekend. Het enige nadeel was dat je 's avonds niet even een ommetje kon wandelen. Daar leent de omgeving zich niet echt voor, qua donkerte, en de wegen en straten in Lower Beeding.

Immaculately clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martin communicated well before our stay and was extremely responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

Beautiful accommodation in peaceful, country setting. Jenna and Dan are really friendly, responsive hosts and their property is pristine and cosy. Perfect for a weekend away with our little dog and baby.

Great stay for 2 of us plus our hound, Edward. Right on the bus route for Brighton and/or Hove, plus being able to park nearby always good. Being a detached room, nice and quiet at night with everything we needed.
