The Landing was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed during the quiet season and felt like we were the only ones around. The house is designed to maximize the view of the water from where ever you are. Our weather was rainy and cold but we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. Being able to bring our older dog was a plus. With clear instructions and everything we needed in the house, we did not have to reach out to John much, but when we did, he was prompt and helpful. We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely well kept and beautiful home in walking distance to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood that's easily walkable. The house had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so responsive and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

Emily was a great host, assisted with parking, and left coupons for the local restaurants. House was exactly as described and check in was quick/ easy. Great location and outdoor space overlooking the water!

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. House and amenities were as described and more. I especially appreciated that the whole house was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was easy to find everything we needed. We felt right at home. The views off the decks are beautiful!! It’s a great neighborhood for walking or biking. And it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property and look forward to future visits.

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

This is like the 4th time we have stayed in this house ass we do quite a bit of work in the area. We love this place and this has been and will always be our 1st pick of the area Thank you Ciara for a Fantastic house and for being a wonderful Host

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Christine’s home was perfect for my family and my friend’s family to stay! So much space and lots of bathrooms which was a plus! I love how the kitchen and living room are one big space to host everyone. The wrap around deck was amazing!!! We had some trouble with the grill but Christine was SO responsive (even though she was on vaca herself!) and sent her handyman over to fix it which was awesome!! Nothing beats the RI beaches and salty summer air. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

We loved our stay here! Lauren was very accommodating - allowed us early check in so we could get to our son's wedding rehearsal and then offered late check out as well. The house was well situated, close to restaurants and shops, technically walkable to Newport (access to one end of the cliff walk was close by). There was not a lot of room in the bedrooms (bed took up the main floor space in most of the rooms) but we weren't there to hang out in the bedrooms! Everything was great for us.

The location was great. The beach was just a mile and a nice walk. The house was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time at the house and never cooked a meal but it seemed to be well stocked with supplies. Although there were no lobster crackers so we had to go out for lobster!
