We had a wonderful time and loved being able to use the fire pit! Really enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee!

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Bill’s place in Portsmouth, RI. Even though it was winter time, the area was still extremely active and had a lot of great restaurants. The beach was within walking distance and I felt very safe my entire stay. Bill was very responsive and gave some good recommendations. The view was beautiful as well.

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Angela's place is wonderful - peaceful, cozy, and beautiful. The sauna and cold plunge in the lake is an absolute pinnacle of perfection and Angela is always available to facilitate. We truly appreciated our stay.

Amazing host and a Absolut stunning place to stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. If you love cooking, the kitchen is amazing!! Place to be, to stay for a weekend, or a long term stay!

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

Classic cottage we had some issue with the pull out couch but we didn’t end up needing it after all still was a great stay!

Home is pristine with beautiful views of the Ocean and surrounding area. Owner has thought of everything! Bed linens, bath and beach towels all provided. Loved the open floor plan on second floor for ALL of our family to enjoy. Even offers a tucked away lil den in case someone needed a moment to themselves for a call, convo or nap. Kitchen is large and well laid out for entertaining. All cookware and cutlery at your fingertips. We appreciated the pantry having a great offering of spices too. Bedrooms are thoughtful, comfortable and offer privacy and retreat. We were very appreciative of the multiple bathrooms. After a solid run, pool was a great cool off. Morning coffee on the deck with a cozy chair was welcomed too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

The cottage was pristine and everything we needed it to be for the long weekend! Christine was responsive and proactively communicated with me regarding an update to the WiFi before we arrived. She was friendly and helpful in answering my questions prior to our arrival. The cottage had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring food and show up! We had daily visits from the swans and the water view was spectacular! We’d love to come back and experience it in the summer months. Thank you for sharing your home Christine!

Matthew’s place was absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice at all!

This place is amazing and Donna was the perfect host. The location can’t be beat and the comfy beds, blankets, and sheets were a huge bonus. There was also an abundance of towels, cozy throw blankets, and a well stocked coffee bar and kitchen. Donna even left us a personal note with some delicious Portuguese sweet bread. We were there in colder temps, but we can’t wait to book again in the summer to enjoy the great outdoor space including the ocean just steps away!!!!

Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

Pamela’s house was very clean and the location is great! Literally within walking distance to the beach. Check in and check out was easy. Pamela was responsive during the booking period. Since the house was well stocked and check in was easy, we didn’t need to reach out during the stay. Would recommend Pamela’s house to friends!
