This was our third visit to the cottage and we returned mostly because our autistic son loves it but also because it’s just lovely. Spotless doesn’t cover it, everything was pristine and it always smells lovely. The shower is fab, I could’ve stayed in it for days. Access to the swimming pool every day you’re there is great, an hour to yourselves in a warm pool. But what makes this place even more special is the staff. We broke down on our way and Edward offered to collect us and because we were being collected, we were offered a 12pm check out. Going the extra mile for guests is not what you see all the time and it helped us immensely. The host and staff are genuine, lovely people. Our son loved it again and we will definitely be back again. Maybe on the bus this time but we’ll be there 😂

When you have been on a long journey you want to feel at home when you arrive somewhere and this is exactly what I felt when I arrived at this cosy cottage. I felt so relaxed that I went straight out for a walk with my dog. The living room was so cosy and warm and the bathroom was private and very smart too. It was a quiet stress free evening. The kitchen had everything you needed. I love the special addition of the swimming pool and the lovely walks on the estate. I will be back ! Thank you very much. Matilda and brown dog

Lovely homely cottage with everything we needed. Dog friendly but couldn’t tell dogs have stayed previously. Great open fire and the best shower we’ve ever used!

Her Home is like my home, Heather and husband are very welcoming us arriving.. luv the place and plenty spaces , clean towels. Relaxing stay.. deffo will use her place again ..thanks again

Excellant accommodation, everything you require for a pleasant stay, clean and comfortable, highly recommend it, will use again when I am in the area. This place ticks all the boxes.

Colin was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful we have booked the property long term for our contractors since the start of the year, the property was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations every time, our needs where catered to on every visit the property is a good size and completely spotless we have since used Dwelcome homes to book other properties in the area and further afield and will be using in the future. Comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a place with a washer AND dryer which made it ideal for a stop over during our tour of Europe. Lovely place and a lovely time.

This is a truly beautiful house located on a peaceful farm with stunning scenery all around. It’s warm, cozy, and very quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just a 5-minute drive away, there’s a lovely local café with great coffee, and we were amazed to visit Scotland’s largest seal beach nearby — there were literally over a thousand seals! The location is also very convenient, just around 20 minutes to Aberdeen Airport and close to the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil countryside setting.

stayed here as we had a wedding 10 mins away. was a lovely, warm and cosy place. well fitted and beautifully done. really accommodating especially as we had a baby and needed cot. we also left something behind and Sandra made sure we got it back! thanks a million

Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

Jonquil and Simon were amazing hosts. We had a great time in Aberdeenshire and felt extremely fortunate to be welcomed to their home. The surrounding hills are beautiful and so peaceful, we didn't want to leave. The house was perfect for our family get-together. We all felt right at home and enjoyed their garden space as much as the inside. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place and more welcoming hosts. We would return in a heartbeat and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jonquil and Simon for a weekend break we'll never forget! Ben and Emma

Susan was an attentive host. The bedrooms were beautiful and we had fantastic sleeps in cozy beds - that is so rare, but so important. The area was lovely. A great stay.

My partners family had a lovely stay at Anna’s place , the accommodation was fab for what they needed . Spotlessly clean and great location .

It was the most wonderful place.the house was quite spacious and was sufficiently stocked with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. We got up to a lovely surrounding.Amazing place.

Such a lovely house. Clean, airy and spacious! It had all the electricals you need ie.. washing machine tumble dryer etc, although we only used the kettle as we ate out all the time we were there. Was perfectly situated for us as who we were visiting was literally around the corner. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thankyou so much Anne 🙂

Had an amazing time in the cozy cottage while being surrounded with deers and nature. A great place to spend some quality time, hope to come back someday! It's also a plus that there is a very good Thai restaurant at walking distance from the house.
