Portugal : locations de vacances avec balcon

A cidade e o local já conhecíamos, mas o apartamento está super bem situado e encontrava se num estado impecável. Fácil de entrar, sem horários, e o acesso com as chaves digitais facilita imenso. Valeu sem dúvida o preço e voltaremos com muito gosto!

Paul’s apartment is so comfortable and spacious. We were two couples traveling together and we really enjoyed the full living room area to relax and visit in. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and every appliance we needed. Joana checked us in and she was so friendly. She left us fruit and bread and wine and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment has some smells in the loft bedroom and the staircase if you don’t use the elevator. It’s probably due to the old building with ventilation issues. Overall, this was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in.

Fantastic place. Bright, quiet, with nice furnishings. Well stocked with welcome bottle of port! Lovely to relax in and enjoy the balconies when sunny. Perfect location on peaceful street, but close to local restaurants and 10-minute walk to the heart of Porto. Miguel was super responsive and helpful. Providing tons of local recommendations and tips, including sharing follow-up documents. Nice selection of guidebooks and maps in the apartment. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful apartment. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is in a good location with easy street parking. The view is beautiful and was very nice to sit on the deck looking at the ocean. We did not have great weather unfortunately. The ocean was very stormy for about 5 days and the wind from that was a lot. This is obviously not the hosts issue. As an FYI for potential renters - there are lots of dishes and pots. But no salt, pepper or oil. You will have to bring everything with you for cooking. Overall, if we return to Quarteira we would look to see if this place was available again.

Foi tudo maravilhoso! Miguel sempre atencioso e prestativo. O apartamento impecável, acomodou muito bem todos nós, completíssimo. Voltaremos, com certeza, assim que estivermos em Lisboa novamente.

We enjoyed our week long stay as a family of three. Great restaurants close by. As well as a couple of grocery stores. Walkable to most everything city center. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. Tons of wardrobe storage. Washer/dryer in unit was convenient. Lots of personal touches by host. Snack gift at arrival, umbrellas, oils/vinegar/spices/espresso pods/tea provided in the kitchen. We would stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon.

Ich kann durchweg nur Gutes von dieser Unterkunft berichten. Wir haben das hübsche Apartment sehr kurzfristig gebucht, nachdem unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Air BnB Unterkunft eine Stunde vor Check In von unserem Host storniert wurde - und das in der absoluten Hochsaison! Wir waren so verzweifelt und haben Stunden am Flughafen verbracht um noch irgendeine Unterkunft zu finden - denn selbst die Hotels waren inzwischen ausgebucht. Und dann: um 20:30 Uhr fanden wir endlich dieses Apartment in bester Lage in Porto gefunden. Wir schilderten dem Gastgeber unsere Situation und uns wurde superschnell freundlich geantwortet, dass das Apartment noch frei wäre und man uns sehr gerne empfangen würde. Und es war wirklich ein absolutes Glück im Unglück - denn dieses Apartment war sowohl von der Ausstattung, als auch von der Lage her viel schöner und besser als unsere ursprünglich gebuchte AirBnB Wohnung. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das superbequeme Bett mit echt gemütlichen Kissen. Auch die Kombination aus einem eigenen Außenbereich + Balkon ist wirklich toll. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar! Man wohnt quasi inmitten der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von dem Trubel der Straßen bekommt man nicht viel mit, da alle Zimmer in einen ruhigeren Innenhof gelegen sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von Tripas Coracao verlief absolut reibungslos und super unkompliziert. Besonders Ines hatte stets einen Tipp für uns parat. Nochmal von Herzen DANKE an das ganze Team, dass ihr uns in dieser absoluten Notsituation geholfen habt! 🙏🏼

Bel emplacement, probablement trés intéressant lorsqu'il fait chaud avec la piscine sur place. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir chauffé un peu l'appart le soir, car les nuits étaient fraiches en février. Endroit paisible et tranquille, à 2 coins de rue d'une grande épicerie. Une dizaine de minutes en auto de la plage et du centre-ville. Beaucoup d'espaces de stationnement disponibles autour de l'appart. La cuisine était bien équipée, et tout était facile à trouver.

This is a very special place. Right on the beach will plenty of amenities right outside the door. Great quality and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. Paul is especially responsive.

Logement fort agréable (quoiqu’un peu éloigné) après une journée de visite agitée à Lisbonne. Hôte réactif et discret. Des chemins de randonnée passent par le village, de bons restaurants aussi. À recommander sans hésiter.

Très belle maison moderne, très bien équipée. Piscine invitante avec beaucoup de commodités. La salle de lavage et les toilettes extérieures sont très pratiques lors des baignades. Accessible vers Porto en 35 minutes. Excellent restaurant local à distance de marche à 2 maisons et personnel très chaleureux. Ça vaut la visite au Solar da Brita!! Bon séjour à Casa Pelourinho à Louredo :)

Ce fut un séjour magnifique chez Randy. Le logement était tout a fait à notre gout. Logement très propre et il ne manquait aucune commodité. Nous avons demandé à l’hôte si c’était possible de devancer notre check-in, car notre groupe avait des jeunes enfants et ils ont accepté qu’on rentre 3h avant l’heure prévue. Joana qui nous accueillit, a été super gentille, claire dans ses explications et super réactive à nos messages. Que dire du village, paradisiaque. À 2 pas de l’océan et le ruisseau qui coule devant la maison rajoute au charme de l’endroit. Les 3 fameux gros rochers de Mosteiros rendent la route pour se rendre au logement à couper le souffle à chaque fois.

GuestReady est très réactif. Petit hic dans l'annonce : il n'y a pas de place de parking privé mais des places gratuites dans la rue. Logement très spacieux et agréable.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vielen schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und bietet einen unschlagbaren Ausblick. Für uns war es etwas frisch in der Unterkunft. Die dreckige Bettdecke wurde direkt gewechselt.

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

This was a beautiful location in Lisboa. The park across the street was so calming. We took many walks through it to reach the Metro. Easy access to everything. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Ana was very responsive to us when we needed some timely assistance. I would stay at this location again.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung in Luz, wieder waren wir rundum zufrieden. :)) sehr empfehlenswert!!!

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!

Très propre, bonnes prestations, très comfortable, super emplacement, belle vue, entrée autonome moderne. Je recommande ! L’organisation pour l’accès au parking est malheureusement un peu compliquée: il faut préalablement rentrer dans l’appartement pour prendre le ticket du parking et c’est compliqué de se garer dans les ruelles à proximité de l’immeuble pour prendre le ticket et ensuite aller se garer. Je présume que c’est la seule organisation possible.

Edite’s flat was absolutely gorgeous, superbly decorated, and a great location! She greeted us and showed us all the nuances of her flat and graciously surprised us with a bottle of port. There was everything we needed and more! We are very grateful for her hospitality and highly recommend her flat!

Beautiful apartment in great location. Easy access to all the sights in a neighborhood that has good restaurants and bars but do not feel touristy. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with easy access via elevator. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Hosts are more than helpful and lovely
