I felt so cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive. Easy to find and close to interstate and good restaurants close. I would stay again!!!

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The place is on beautiful, well kept land and the Barn itself is comfy and serene. Exactly what we needed and hoped for our Baby-moon. The bed was comfortable and everything was so clean. We loved the chickens on the patio every morning also! So cute. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

This place is super fun for family gatherings or wedding party (bride and bridesmaids!) It met all of our needs. The host, Brad, is very nice and helpful. Thank you, Brad!

An awesome experience like none other, we were there celebrating our twins 16th birthday and to say they loved it is an understatement! Lots to do from hiking, swimming in the Brazos, axe throwing, feeding animals to creating figurines and painting rocks. Lots to do, relax in the hot tub after activities but lots to do, Bill, Linda and Trista have lots to offer out here! We hope to be back in the future and experience their place again! This was our 2nd stay at Dan and Donna’s cottage and we enjoyed it just as much as our 1st stay! We arrived after the sunset and Donna had the cottage lights on which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Friendly hosts, beautiful cottage, peaceful stay. We look forward to returning again!

Serenely peaceful - exactly what we needed! We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The amount of butterflies, wildflowers, morning birdsong, and gorgeous scenery surrounding this lush little escape is just idyllic. Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

So this is a nice place to relax. The views of the sunset are great. The place itself is nice, a lot like my cabin in South Dakota, so for us it was great. It’s not fancy but less fancy has its benefits. It is nice, however. The road in is pure Texas back country and will freak you out the 1st time, but not in a bad way, in a pioneer explorer kinda way. If you have kids they’d love it. We anchored our boat right out front for a few days but it’s shallow so if you have a deep-v type boat you might have to wade through a couple feet of water. But owning a boat you do that anyway if you’re living at all. So that was really nice although it makes it convenient to be more busy than you had planned, every vacationers curse. The kitchen amenities were fine, the bathroom was fine, it was all and all a nice place to stay. We were there for a week and kinda sad to leave the place. You will not have data on your devices and you’ll be surprised how much you like it. I have sprint and could text and call, which was a shame. My daughter has another provider and had no service at all, which was nice. The town of Graham is close, maybe 15ish miles, and it has everything, Walmart, many restaurants, all kinds of stuff, so it’s not like you’re a hundred miles from society if you want it, which you won’t. I’d recommend the place. The host Heidi is a great communicator but on the other hand, when you’re a guy like me that doesn’t want to communicate, she’s good at that, too, which was one of the nice parts Heidi probably didn’t even know she was doing, but I appreciated it, just being able to be and not be disturbed. Clean up after yourself, it’s a little home and not like a hotel that you trash and run. This was my 1st bnb type deal and I dug it a lot. No more expensive than a hotel, but a lot more like home.

This studio was perfect for our weekend in PK for a fishing tournament. Property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed walks with our dog, seeing the cattle & longhorns, and the owner’s barn cat & their dogs. It is only about 5-7 minutes down the road to Graham, which was very convenient, but still be out in the country. We would certainly stay here again!

This house and the property were absolutely perfect for a family getaway. The kids absolutely loved playing outside, we rode ATVS, roasted marshmellows, played in the hot tub. They also enjoyed playing with barn kittens. The house was just beautiful! And so much space for all to enjoy, i would come back and recommend this property!!

We have rented this loft several times. Always clean, and a great place in downtown Mineral Wells. Within walking distance of many great boutiques and pubs & dinners. Or just stay in and play pool and relax. Highly recommend.

Place was an older home but very comfortable. The A/C worked fantastic and was cool upon arrival. Very friendly neighbors. One thing that would make this place better would be a boat dock which we knew didn’t have one but the pool was worth it. Very responsive with messages especially since we booked last minute. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sitting room inside the house and screened in porch. We enjoyed the grills for outside cooking. Very large refrigerator and freezer for cooking meals. The kitchen was not 100 percent but nothing bad. I think the problem are guest not treating the place with respect and making sure they clean up after themselves. We had a great time and will book again!
