Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Location splendida, sia architettonicamente, che per collocazione. Dalla meravigliosa terrazza si gode un panorama incantevole e rilassante. Il giardino e tutto ciò che circonda l'immobile è perfettamente curato e gradevolissimo. Eugenia è un host perfetto, sempre presente, ma discreto. Se amate la natura questa è una "base" perfetta.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Alleinlage in wunderschöner Landschaft lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem herrlich angelegtem Garten und dem Pool bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unheimlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Janet war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, die ich je gemietet habe. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, so das möglich ist.

A casa della signora Maria Francesca ci siamo trovati benissimo ci ha accolto il figlio persona veramente gentilissima.. Casa pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione per non parlare del meraviglioso terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto una meravigliosa collazione immersi dalla natura respirando un’aria molto gradevole ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️🫶🏽 Grazie signora Maria Francesca 🫶🏽

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento arredato con stile. Caldo, accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Montefalco è un borgo splendido. Vicinissimi diversi altri borghi magici, facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Se proprio dobbiamo aggiungere degli appunti, consiglierei un nuovo servizio di pentole e padelle. In breve: Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno di relax e comfort

Appartamento pulito, grande, ben fornito nella cucina e con parcheggio (non facile in zona). Matteo molto preciso nelle indicazioni. Zona tranquilla.
