Place was huge and great for family and friends. Enough space to spread out and enjoy different parts of the house. Outdoor area is spacious. Would 100% stay at this location again.

My boys and I really enjoyed our stay while we ventured Shenandoah. The house on mole hill was idyllic since we were close to do all the outdoor activities yet peaceful and private when it was time to unwind . The house was perfect in the sense where we could all be together but also have our space . I enjoyed having a full laundry room and kitchen. It made my stay easier to get things done just like at our home . We enjoyed the welcoming sweets, pastries and water. My boys felt right at home and wanted to stay a bit longer…☺️

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

Absolutely AMAZING! My friends and I booked Plume for a girl's weekend and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and in such a great location for anyone looking to explore wineries and breweries in the area! We spent 1 day exploring wineries- King Family, Pollak, Hazy Mountain, and Veritas. The next day we visited Blue Mountain Brewery and Bold Rock Cidery. All of these were within 20 minutes from the house, with some only minutes away! We are familiar with the area and knew where we wanted to go, but Kayleigh had recommendations prepared already which would be great for someone visiting for the first time. We loved sitting by the fire in the evenings, spending time in the hot tub, or lounging in the large open living/dining room. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Could not recommend this place enough!!

Very clean! We could walk to local attractions, and the view was lovely. We would definitely stay again! *A note for groups/families; there’s a spiral staircase and as far as we could find, there was only one switch that lit it at night, and it was the same light for the third floor bedroom. So if anyone needs to go downstairs at night, whoever is sleeping upstairs will have their lights turned.

Donna was a terrific host, responded to my questions promptly and the one level house worked really well for my group who was in town for a family wedding. My mom needed the room with the hand holds in the shower and all of us enjoyed the king beds in the other rooms. The view is spectacular and we loved having the option to sit on the front or side porch depending on the time of day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also liked the way the living room was set up with plenty of seating for our group. I would recommend this house!

My family stayed for an extended weekend and the place was within driving distance of amazing hikes (including along the river in Luray.) It is quiet and has a beautiful downstairs bathroom/powdering room. This place is excellent for kids. Yard is large with a playground and there are many toys for them to play with. Aaron also has equipment for toddler proofing as well as a pack N play. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay with siblings and our dad. The house worked well for our needs. It is in a great spot that is walkable to restaurants, shops, and things to do. Very close (a few minutes drive) to Gettysburg National Park. The hosts were great at providing needing information and checking in.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

It is a great location for us with a car as we park in the North Bergen park and ride for the day. The bus takes us right to the heart of New York City. Ferlinda was very helpful in all the communication and the place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we were glad we booked this place.

Perfect neighborhood proximal to many destinations

We had a great stay. Very clean and I appreciated the pots and pans and dishes since we cooked. Lots of room for the two of us. A large couch, big enough to sleep on, was very comfortable since one of us was a restless sleeper. King size bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The ambient temperature in the place was always just right.

This was our second family trip to DC where we stayed at this location. Wayne was the perfect host both times. He supplied us with tons of info leading up to the trip, secured our parking pass, and was super flexible with our late night arrival. He had food/drinks/snacks to start our week off, a clean and inviting space, and helpful signage posted in the apartment. He was helpful when we had to have a forgotten item mailed to us and continued to offer suggestions and help during our stay. The metro and bus stations are so close that all of DC is easily accessible. We even made a quick trip to Annapolis easily from this location. When we were looking to come back to DC, it was the fact that Wayne’s place was available that sealed the deal. He is an amazing host!

Genuinely great host, very generous with all the extras thrown in, even if I didn’t take advantage of many. Great price. Very comfortable, and just perfect for the week I spent waiting for my apartment to be ready. Can’t recommend it enough.

The three of us found this condo to be the perfect size and very comfortable. We made meals in the full kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace. Well appointed, we never were without something we needed. We will come back.

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! It was clean, spacious, and has an extremely convenient location for walking around Lexington.

Easy to book, good communication before, during and after the stay. Place was clean and exactly like advertised.

The place was a great value and very close to seven springs. We liked the convenience of the school bus shuttle and thoughtful touches such as tissue boxes and hair conditioner which many B&Bs surprisingly do not provide. The owner was responsive. Evolve really didn't do anything except send me instructions. I had no means to communicate with them.

We enjoyed our weekend very much! This condo it close to the trails we love. Very comfortable, we really felt at home. The bottom floor with the walk out in the back was very convenient for our dogs for quick walks etc. We would love to stay again the future!
