Sara’s Barn is an amazing place to stay if you’re looking for a disconnect and peaceful weekend. Their barn is located in a great area with a good view of the landscape from inside the barn and outside. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, if not even better. Sara was a great host always open to any questions and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. I will 100% come back here in the near future to enjoy this barn again. I highly recommend!!!

Simple Pleasures B&B is a delightful place. Melanie and Arnold are gracious hosts. They made us feel right at home and treated us like family. Melanie’s breakfast’s were delicious and introduced us to some local favorite dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay at Simple Pleasures and we can’t wait to return to enjoy the hospitality and coziness again.

A warm, beautiful place in a beautiful part of the country. The cabin was clean, warm, and practical. The hot tub was nice and a nice bonus with the firepit. As far as the area, I never knew Virginia was so stunning. The mountains and Shenandoah National Park was great. And there was lots of great Southern food from the local restaurants. Honestly, It was very difficult to leave. Full recommend!

I truly enjoyed staying at Stephani’s wonderful home. It was comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the farm. I appreciated all of Stephanie‘s thoughtfulness in making me feel at home. Highly recommended.

Really charming little historic house just right for 2. I messed up our reservation and Angela was really helpful in getting it fixed. Leesburg is a wonderful town. We may return to visit Washington DC and this place would be perfect in which to do it from.

Our first time in Gettysburg, and we had a blast. The bed and breakfast was in the perfect location in town. Place was beautiful and felt like you were walking into a time capsule

The two rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me. They loved the bunk beds and I loved the exquisitely carved headboard in my room. Their deck was a glorious outdoor living space, the house was very clean and decor was really pretty and international. We enjoyed meeting Andy and Sherry and look forward to another visit in the fall hopefully. They were so kind and we loved their home and peaceful back yard!

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my maternity photoshoot! The space was spotless and radiated such positive energy—it felt like it was made for creating beautiful memories. It had everything I envisioned and more. Lindy, the host, was fantastic—kind and attentive to every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming space with amazing vibes, this is the one.

We had an amazing stay at Susan's Victorian Candle Bed and Breakfast! The building was so cool and we loved the layout and the architecture. Susan was beyond accomodating, she even let us use one of her personal fans. Overall the place was nice and we slept very peacefully. The breakfast she made us in the morning was so amazing and we would have stayed just for that! You really get so much food and Susan is a fantastic cook! I was so full I felt fed the whole day! We talked with Susan and she shared some history about the place and her life and we really enjoyed her company. She even gave us a bottle of her own secret spice blend and let me tell you I will be buying some off her website for sure! All in all it was such a pleasant stay and we will absolutely be staying again. Susan is such a good soul and you can really tell by the love she puts into the place and hosting. 11/10 thank you Susan!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Swann House -- great location, very thoughtfully appointed & breakfast was lovely too!

This was our second stay with Linda and Putter and we expect more in the future! Highlights for us are the incredible breakfasts, the big bathtub, and the exceptional warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went the extra mile to make our trip special and we really appreciated it. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the stars at night from the balcony. As far as location goes, it's about 30 minutes to an hour to most of the popular hiking destinations on Skyline Drive. We also liked Shenandoah River State Park for a change of pace during peak bluebell season. Linda's food really is the best we've had in the area but we enjoyed West Main Market's sandwiches and beer garden after day on the trails.

We were a larger group and stayed at this lovely place. Place has character and made us feel special. Hosts were fabulous and anticipated anything we may need.

The perfect place to rest at night while exploring harper's ferry and surrounding areas. The location is ideally close to the establishments in town and a short walk to lower town Harper's Ferry as well.

It was a very peaceful place. Host were warm and friendly. It had all I needed in terms of amenities. The place was homey yet delightfully decorated. I enjoyed staying here. I will recommend them and viist them again. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was like visiting family or friends as both Maximo and Mariela are very friendly. The place was clean and everything was in order. SNP entrance is a short drive so it is accessible to various trails and hikes. Main Street is very lively with great restaurants, bars and a coffee place. Maximo recommended visiting a park and Apple House and both were great! The best thing is the breakfast that he puts together so thoughtfully. We definitely plan to return!

3rd time at Anthony's location. Like the previous stays, everything about the space provided, and the location were perfect! In addition Anthony's willingness to provide accommodations for my specific needs with time and his responsiveness gives him that extra wow factor. 5 stars yet again. Thank you Anthony.

This was the second time we stayed at Heritage Hill B&B. We loved it so much we came back and brought friends. It was just as nice the second time. We stayed in the Blue room last year and the Gold room this year. Both are beautifully decorated. We also had use of the living room and the patio with fireplace. Scott had a fire ready after our day of hiking and visiting wineries. The views are breathtaking. Dana makes a gourmet breakfast each morning and they both provide great ideas of things to do and see. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious, and the outdoor area was great for grilling and spending an evening around the fire pit. Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Robert and Nickole offered great recommendations and were timely in their responses. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were very friendly and kind. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. The surroundings are very peaceful and tranquil. We stayed at this beautiful home to go to the Harry Potter forbidden forest experience nearby and truly enjoyed that. I recommended to get some recommendations of places to eat from the hosts. Restaurants are close by. Jim and Connie were super nice and we are so grateful that they made our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back and recommend to stay here!

Beautiful, unique and scrumptious hand-crafted breakfasts (locally sourced and in season) were spectacular! Pristine, comfortable, relaxing. Lots of activity options on site (kayaks, golf balls, painting, hammocks, croquet, bikes, swimming pool, huge private river front space). Woody and Michelle are lovely and do everything they can to make guests comfortable on site, and they recommend local spots to enjoy. Blue Ruin in Cambridge was a major highlight - we never would have found it if they hadn't suggested it. The Anchorage 1800 is the perfect place to bring friends & family and make it a group trip weekend!

Our stay at the inn was perfect. We were in town for a reunion for a few days and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the inn. Our room was great. The shower was hot, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast bar was lovely and definitely a nice surprise. We really appreciated it and it was great to have something to snack each morning before our busy day began. Parking was also super easy. The house itself is very cool. I loved the light that came in through the Rose Room in the morning, and the living room area is lovely too. A simple and easy stay. Thank you to everyone at the inn!
