I recently rented this beautiful place over the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with our family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house itself was nothing short of amazing – beautifully designed, stylish, and extraordinary in every way. The surroundings and the garden were surreally beautiful, creating a serene and picturesque environment. The pool was incredible and provided the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. As the night came to a close, I was taken by surprise when my boyfriend asked me to marry him and put a ring on my finger. This house will forever hold a special place in my heart as the backdrop of one of the most important moments of my life. I am immensely grateful to the hosts Sharon and Nicolas for their hospitality, truly made us feel welcome and added to the wonderful experience. The house has such a kind energy, you can feel how much love and effort is put into it from the hosts, once again THANK YOU!

This place was so well stocked and inviting. There was plenty of food in the refrigerator for breakfast. We did not need to buy anything at all. There was also a great deal of toiletries in case we forgot something. We really enjoyed this house.

Great spot for a family of 4 and two grand parents. Lots of space for everyone who wants to do their own thing inside the house. Plenty of privacy in the cul-de-sac and within short walking distance of the bakery.

We stayed here as a base for a long weekend skiing at Whitetail and had a great time. The house was clean and cozy and the location was convenient to both the mountain and Mercersburg while still being very private and peaceful. Sarah was fantastic and the kids loved meeting the alpacas. We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely best place to stay. Cozy and quiet and so much better than a hotel. All the amenities you could need and super close to groceries and other needs. Easy access to the highway but not too close that you get any road noise. Super clean and extremely well cared for. Looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

We had an amazing time at T’s place! The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro, and having parking available was a huge bonus. T was extremely responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Our 3rd stay at Willy and Barb’s. The apartment is cozy and immaculate! We love to spend our time in Elizabethtown at Willy’s! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Emi's place and all the reviews we'd read are true and accurate. A very quiet, peaceful, safe and convenient neighborhood and a spacious basement unit with all the reasonable amenities and a few special touches as well. Emi is responsive, polite, friendly and attentive; overall a great host for us to have. Thank you again Emi and we'll stay again if visiting the area in the future.

I would rate this as the #1 place to stay in downtown Staunton if you want to be in the perfect location downtown, and such a charming place to stay. Everything was perfect! Great vibes here!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Everything was clean and comfortable. The in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher made the trip much easier. The neighborhood is beautiful and also very convenient to the Convention Center, the Capitol, museums, etc. The host responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. Roku units on both TVs made it easy to watch whatever I wanted. Do be aware that the entry staircase is steep and narrow (as mentioned in the listing). It has a good handrail for safety, though. All in all, this apartment was just what I needed and I recommend it 100%.

The apartment was lovely and the gardens beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the gardens, and we were only a 15 minute drive from downtown. The homemade breakfasts in the morning were everything! They were made with eggs from their chickens, fruits and vegetables from their garden, and apple strudel freshly made and baked in their ovens. Brian ans his wife brought the trays over to our apartment, knocked and left them right outside the door. It was like having room service we did not have to go and have breakfast in a central dining area. I highly recommend Brian's place for a couple looking for a weekend getaway, and hope to visit in the future.

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my maternity photoshoot! The space was spotless and radiated such positive energy—it felt like it was made for creating beautiful memories. It had everything I envisioned and more. Lindy, the host, was fantastic—kind and attentive to every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming space with amazing vibes, this is the one.

My fiancé and I stayed at Nathan and Becky’s Garden Cottage as a little getaway and it was absolutely lovely all around. They gave us very helpful instructions to locate the cottage and upon arrival Nathan came to give us a warm welcome and help us into the cottage. Nathan and Becky were the perfect hosts, giving us plenty of privacy but always helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous with views of the countryside, a cute gazebo, and the most delightful crew of friendly farm animals. The cottage was nicely sound proofed because we didn’t hear any squawks while inside. The cottage itself was so cozy, very clean, and had beautiful farmhouse chic decor. We loved the additions of the Bible and a copy of “Daily Bread” for our Sunday morning. The sound machine and diffuser were also great additions for a calm atmosphere. The area was very peaceful and we felt safe and had great privacy. Not a bad drive at all to local attractions and food. We loved our stay and would love to come back!

Beautiful home, friendly hosts, and a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the staycation! Also, Dr. Ken’s book was beautifully written, finished it in one sitting, great read! We agreed that our favorite parts of our trip were the breakfasts where we enjoyed the food & briefly chatted with Dr. Ken. Good talks & times!

Tammy is wonderful! Her coffee shop is amazing with delicious snacks, drinks and sandwiches. The staff is super sweet! The Airbnb is lovely and perfect for a stay in this beautiful city! Thanks again for having us!
