The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Great location. Small but very comfortable apartment unit that has everything you need, especially if you prefer to cook at home. Quick and easy communication with unit owners. Would recommend.

GREAT HOME - This is a lovely property in a quiet residential area within walking distance of VCU and many eating options. The back porch hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The home itself is well-decorated, and kitchen fully-equipped, and the bedrooms comfortable. Coffee beans were provided for our first morning, a nice touch. The host was very responsive and proactive. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

We booked Stay Bubo's place less than a week before our trip after our other Airbnb reservation was unexpectedly cancelled - right during spring break and cherry blossom season. This was place couldn't have been better - and was even closer to our friends who we were visiting. It was spacious with plenty of room for two families. We especially enjoyed the open living space with the kitchen, dining area, and living room - and lots of seating with two couches and an arm chair. Also so many bathrooms! Thank you for saving our trip and providing such a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Jeff was an amazing host, very responsive to any questions we had during our trip. House was in beautiful condition, and was conveniently located to anything in Gettysburg. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to the area!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Roland’s house. The small town was perfect and the location to everything was superb. The house is full of character in very good ways! We cannot wait to come back soon!

I think this was probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is located in a great neighborhood, in close walking distance to the metro and plenty of restaurants, and felt very safe. The Airbnb itself was clean (other than a few dishes), decorated beautifully, and the shower was amazing. We wished it had a tv, but that is not a big deal. The host maintained great communication with us throughout our stay, which was very appreciated, and the price for our stay was ideal. I would definitely come back on my next trip to DC!

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. The appartement was beyond our expectations and exactly as it was described. The neighbourhood is very safe and family-friendly. Dan was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We really liked the spots he recommended us. We'll definitely be back here on our next visit to DC.

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.
