We were here for a work trip in West Point, VA. We were originally planning on staying in West Point, but the properties were way out of budget. Anthony’s place was perfect. It was a short drive to the job site and town. It was within budget. He was super responsive and his place was exactly what we needed!!

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Our family enjoyed our stay! There was something for everyone - the kids loved the game room/studio and the adults loved the cozy wood burning stoves, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful surroundings. Everyone loved the large hot tub! The house is very private and is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We would definitely come back again.

This was our first time in Harpers Ferry. Deans place was absolutely awesome and cozy. The house is small, but very inviting and cute. We loved the decoration and and the big fireplace. Everything was like described and super petfriendly. The Gayte House is within walking distance to all attractions, nice restaurants, and beautiful nature. We would stay anytime again.

The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. I loved the options for add ons. We got breakfast and had a fire pit with smores. The coffee maker was easy. The rocking chairs were perfect for bird watching and reading. The snafu of a spring dance gone raucous at the event site was remedied through quick and generous communication (with an equitable refund). It was quite lovely and I’d love to go back and try a different cabin just because I’d love to see the other unique touches.

Harrison's accommodations were terrific. We felt right at home in a very charming and well equipped apartment with plenty of room and lots of amenities. It is within less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and 10-15 minutes from a Safeway. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to see all the highlights of Washington, D.C. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. There are a handful of restaurants within a block, and just one stop down on the metro gets you to Barracks Row where there are tons of restaurants ranging from casual to high end dining. We loved it!!!

This place was awesome! Clean and quiet with some amazing views. There’s an abundance of wild life so be mindful when driving. The host is amazing. There’s hot chocolate and a beautiful fire place. Blankets if you choose to sit on the balcony with some hot chocolate and enjoy the view. Many food choices to choose from that aren’t too far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend you do too.

I can’t think of a better Airbnb for a city such as DC. Location is perfect, lively, friendly and safe, all useful shops (Whole Foods etc) and bus stops around the corner. Mary was super efficient and responsive. The place is spacious and squeaky clean and is elegantly arranged. One feels at home immediately! Great bed too. Since I did spend less time than planned at the Library of Congress for research due to an impending deadline, I enjoyed doing a lot of writing in a peaceful environment. The apartment has absolutely all the amenities one can think of, including hair and body products. Cooking is a pleasure, and there’s a wide choice of spices! and as a European, I appreciate the possibility of making coffee in a moka express maker (and a nice choice of coffee in the fridge!)

We stay with Joe a few times a year! He is always an amazing host, with an amazing property. I HIGHLY recommend Joes place! The Inn AND The loft are equally beautiful, spacious and clean as a whistle! 🏆

Matt’s place is very charming and it’s location next to the convention center was perfect for our visit since we were attending GalaxyCon. Matt is a great communicator and was proactive ahead of check-in and checkout so we didn’t really have a need to communicate with him much. I like that we were just able to do our thing and he made sure we had all of the information we needed. When I did have a question the day before check-in, he got back to me very quickly. The decor is super cute and the kitchen had really good amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. There were even some pods and creamers in the room. We would stay in Matt’s place again, but be aware this is in a high traffic area and can be a bit loud with car noise. This can easily be solved with earplugs, but I wanted to give future renters a heads up so you can plan. We would definitely stay here again, even with the noise, because it was wonderful and charming.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

We have stayed at Mary’s place a few times and always enjoyed our stay. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room and spacious! We always enjoyed our stays there!

If you’re considering this Airbnb definitely just book it you won’t regret it! I was going to write a pros and cons list but to be completely honest there isn’t a single con at this bnb This bnb is in a nice location there’s a lot of hidden gems in the area and has a lot of out door activities that you can do solo or with family and friends the house it self is STUNNING the inside was very clean and well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need the kitchen was well stocked for what ever you’re cooking including baking supplies and some seasonings the living room has so many games it actually feels like you’re in a arcade outside also has everything you could think of as well the hot tub was a perfect addition it was clean and spacious the beds are so comfortable my husband and I felt right at home we had a beautiful stay two nights was not enough and will be returning with family can’t wait to book again by the way the host is responsive and very friendly

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

We had a fantastic stay here! House was clean, kitchen was well stocked, host was super friendly and of course the pool was a big hit for our kids! For us, this was the perfect combination of secluded location, accessibility to Shenandoah Park, and the kid-friendly extras. Highly recommend!

Our family and friend group of 11 stayed here for three nights. The house was perfect for us and had everything you would possibly need. We loved it so much that we punted some things we were going to do to hang out there. The fire pit on the deck was a fan favorite at night which all of us sat around, talking and laughing. Some people got up early to fish at the pier that we had access to, and my daughter spent time at the beach there. I can't say enough kind words about Paul as a host. He answered all our questions in a timely manner by texting us which not all hosts do. Today, he gave us a later check out time which was helpful in getting so many people up and out! Paul was there when we arrived and was just so gracious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much, Paul!

Darwin’s place was wonderful for us. We had a group of nine and everyone had their own bed. The house was spacious, neat. and tidy. It was cozy and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table as well. The location was great. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Shenandoah does such a good job with their property. This is the 3rd time that we have rented the property, and our people have nothing but amazing things to say about it. Shenandoah was so easy to comminate with. Any time I had a question, they respond quickly. Just an amazing company to rent from. They also allowed us to access the house earlier than normal check in time. It was a small fee but so worth it. My executives were able to get into the house and set up before our employees arrived. Highly recommend and we will definitely rent from then again.

What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!
