Friendly owner, good location for walks, the apartment has everything you need, including all sorts of little things that you wouldn't think of in advance yourself

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

Die Lage ist top.Der Strand ist in der Nähe. Man hat alle Geschäfte direkt vor der Haustür.Supermarkt,Cafes,usw. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Traum.Vor allem sehr sauber.Für Familien perfekt,da auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist.Man hat dort alles,was man braucht😁

Great apartment! We were family of 4 and the apartment was more than brilliant for us. There’s fully equipped kitchen, but we use it for breakfast and coffee. Kavala have one of the best places for dinner so definitely need to be explored. One of our favourite beaches (Batis) is very close to the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean, spacious and air conditioned. We was with car so there’s plenty of space in front of the building for park, so that was a big plus. Communication and everything went perfect. Thank you Despoina and see you again 😊

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρότητα κορυφαία, όλα μοσχοβόλαγαν, πολύ νοικοκυρεμένο. Έχει πολύ όμορφη θέα θάλασσα. Έχει θέση πάρκινγκ όπου περνάς στο ασανσέρ και ανεβαίνεις στο σπίτι, πολύ σημαντικό. Ο Ναπολέων είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το προτείνω σε όλους!

Много сме доволни от престоя си в дома на Ntanis. Много чисто, подредено и уютно..Имаше всичко необходимо за една хубава лятна ваканция. В действителност условията в квартирата бяха по-добри от очакваните. Домакините бяха изключително любезни, внимателни и отзивчиви. Не бихме се поколебали отново да наемем този дом.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment - it truly lives up to the pictures, with an even more breathtaking view. Perfect for couples, like ourselves, but also well-suited for families due to the extra bedroom. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Plus, having the beach right in front of the property is a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended! We're already looking forward to our next visit. Annie and Plamen

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Η Νόπη είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, μας βοήθησε σε όλα και ήταν πρόθυμη σε ό, τι ζητήσαμε! Πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, με καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση...Όμορφή αυλή με ησυχία και ωραία θέα που συνδυάζει θάλασσα και πράσινο! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

We spent over two weeks in this flat and everything matched the pictures. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed. Nicolay provided us with all the necessary information. Thank you.

A great value and you can feel at home since it is very cosy. We felt happy how clean and fresh everything was. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a nice stay. Our most favourite spot was the terrace, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and dinner in the nights. Location is also perfect, you need a minute to reach the main street of the resort. A very nice surprise were the most polite neighbours we have ever met, they managed to bring smiles to our faces few times. The only thing that one should note is the foldable staircase leading to the room with the two single beds above, but it went just perfect for us. I recommend the place and would be glad to stay here again soon!

Много чисто и подредено. Чудесно оборудвана кухня със всичко необходимо. За добре дошли получихме чаша узо, много приятно посрещане. Малко ни затрудни неточното местоположение в airbnb, но Laura се отзова незабавно и проблема беше решен . Надявам се да се видим отново.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνο design κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ειναι μαγική και σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδέψεις μέσα στη πόλη κ στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Η Host ήταν πολλή εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 🫶

David iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Evi yemyeşil doğanın içinde, merkeze yakın şirin bir köyde yer alıyor. Evin içinde ihtiyacımız olacak eşyalar , mutfak gereçleri vardı.evin içi temiz ve düzenliydi.

Престоят ни при Теодора беше чудесен, релаксиращ и спокоен. Посрещна ни с бяло вино, чиста обстановка и усмивка ;) Мила и любезна! В къщата има всички необходимо, даже и камина и джакузи :) Пак бих посетила къщата на Теодора и остров Тасос!

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

Our host, Mrs Lena, was very welcoming, kind and the communication with her was pretty easy. The room was nice and clean with everything needed. It was a pleasure for us to stay there.
