Simply stated, Folded Hills Lodge is a very special property. The main house and guest house are situated in a beautiful and private setting within the magnificent Pennsylvania Wilds. The property features wonderfully maintained grounds including hardscaped foot paths, a spacious fire pit, rambling brooks, and beautiful trails. In addition, the property includes two ponds and direct access to Kettle Creek. The houses are extremely well appointed and furnished; the bedrooms were plentiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchen was remarkable with its industrial size refrigerator, ovens, and stove tops. We especially enjoyed the extra-long dining room table, wonderful library, and cozy front porches. Beyond the property, we were very pleased with the support and communications that we received from Grant and team. Prior to checking in, we were provided a wonderfully comprehensive overview of the property with helpful information travel tips and recommendations.

Laura and Charlie were the perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful and in such a peaceful beautiful area. They went above and beyond by creating a book with everything in it you would possibly need to know about everything in the house and different places in the area. They were very easy to talk to very friendly and I felt like I had known them forever in the few conversations that we had they were very personable. I loved how the house was set up, it was perfect with two floors and separate living spaces so that if anybody in our group wanted quiet time or just wanted to be on their own the house offered that. They made nice personal little touches like the beverage refrigerator and the s'mores kit I thought that was really cute and well thought out. I would definitely recommend to any and all of my friends that want to visit Potter County that they should stay at Laura and Charlies place. I too I'm a fellow delawarean and I was very thankful to have come across the Laura and Charlie

This was our second time staying at the Southwoods Lodge and we will surely come back again as we have family in the area. The lodge provides everything we needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of room to spread out and sit under the covered porch. Thank you Steve for making the Southwoods Lodge available for others to enjoy!

Michael's place was a great place to stay! It was peaceful and private with beautiful horses and deer! Although, we didn't see any cows from the pictures. The place was clean and had everything in the pictures. Check in was smooth and check out included simple instructions- just know you'll have to take any trash with you. We will definitely plan to stay again.

Great home, everything was very clean & Derrick was a wonderful host! The kitchen was very well stocked as well. We would certainly book again!

We loved our stay at pops place, very clean, very spacious. The location was perfect for being near coudersport, and ski denton. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heart beat.

It was a pleasure renting from Piper. The accommodations were well thought out. We needed for nothing. The electric went out due to a large storm and she was right on keeping us updated on the restoration. I was pleased to find a dog lead that reached to the front door extending to the yard🤗 It's very private and peaceful. I would like to visit again.

We stayed here for a work trip and had a great time! The house was clean and the kitchen was reasonably well supplied. There 's even a great little bar/restaurant just down the road we could walk to.

We traveled five hours to the cabin in order to see the dark sky. We even brought a telescope. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans and we weren't able to see the sky. Bummer. We did however see our first elk herd traipse through the yard, what a beautiful sight. The cabin was beautiful. Super clean, and had a coffee lover's dream coffee cabinet. There were dog blankets provided for the furniture which was a great touch. We always travel with our own. It's close to lots of hiking trails which we really appreciated. Lorie was a super host. I can see why her rating is so high.

Heather was very welcoming and responsive to messages. When we got there it felt like coming home. The lights were one and provided nice ambiance, there was wax melts going that gave the place a wonderful smell, and on the overnight there was quite a bit of snow so she offered to have the driveway plowed. It’s a beautiful cabin and we had a great time on our annual reunion/getaway.

It was a great experience and place to stay. Stayed there for work and was a bonus with the grill and stocked trout streams!

Beautiful property. Wonderful setting. Very clean & tidy. The location was ideal for exploring parks during the day and stargazing by the fire at night. We had an amazing stay.

Sam's house was amazing. It was very spacious. The kitchen had every amenity I could imagine and more. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. We sat on the LARGE wraparound deck and listened to the creek far below. In three hours, we only saw two cars. So peaceful! We've been to Cherry Springs State Park (ten miles away) to see the amazing stars. We are sure that without a full moon and some wispy clouds, the view would have just as good. When it rained, six of us comfortably hung out all afternoon in the great room with cathedral ceilings. It was so close to two maple sugarhouses we visited. In mid-spring, full summer, a colorful fall, and in deep snow, this house would be a perfect! It comfortably sleeps ten adults. With outdoor dining, ten adults works. The kitchen table handles six; ten would be a stretch. The bedrooms were spread out and with 3.5 bathrooms, ten adults would be easy!!! Well worth the cost! Same quickly answers emails. Perfect host!!!! Perfect house!!!!

We LOVE staying at Aaron’s cabins. This is our second time here and we will continue doing it. We stay here to go to the cherry spring state park! Aaron is super accommodating and his cabins are so cozy! Our dogs love it and this time we brought our in laws who loved it as well! Cannot wait to come again :)

The house was great for a nice getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was great and Dan was very helpful if we had any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent a long weekend in Potter County and stayed at Marlena and Daniel‘s cabin and barn. We were thrilled to see how nice and clean it was. We immensely enjoyed our stay. My sister and her husband stayed in the cabin and my husband and I stayed in the barn and we met up for breakfast in the barn then went on ventures down memory lane reminiscing about our many years of going to potter county as children. The barn is a great place to gather and play cards. There are many great restaurants not far from the property. We will definitely be back again!
